We are seeking a talented Financial Advisor to provide financial guidance to the clientele of our client, a Fintech startup breaking new ground in personal finances.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial planning principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering clients to achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and analyses for clients, taking into account their financial goals, risk tolerance and life stage.
Develop customised financial plans and investment strategies tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of clients, with a focus on long-term wealth accumulation and preservation.
Provide expert advice and guidance on range of financial topics, including budgeting, saving, investing, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
Educate and empower clients through financial literacy workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions, helping them build confidence and take control of their financial future.
Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and regulatory changes in the financial industry.
Utilise innovative fintech tools and technologies to enhance the client experience and streamline financial planning processes.
Foster strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence through integrity, professionalism and personalised service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to continuously improve and enhance our financial advisory offerings.
Adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) designation a must.
3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Manager, with a proven track record of successfully serving clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Deep knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, retirement planning, and tax-efficient wealth management techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct thorough financial analyses and develop comprehensive financial plans.
Passion for promoting financial literacy, empowerment, and equality.
Familiarity with fintech tools and platforms for financial planning, investment management, and client relationship management.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning of financial planning and wealth management.
Ability to work independently, manage client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
