Job Summary

NetApp is seeking an experienced Regional Program Manager [EMEA], DEIB & Social Impact. This role, reporting to Director, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) [EMEA & APAC], with dotted line reporting to Regional Manager, Social Impact [EMEA & APAC].

Job Requirements


Program Management:


Support the implementation of DEIB and SI initiatives in the region.
Ensure clarity and strategic impact of Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs).
Coordinate the development and guidelines of new EBRGs.
Manage NetApp's Data Explorers program in Cork, Ireland.
Lead regional EBRG community pillar activities and stakeholder engagement.
Manage employee and EBRG volunteer events in EMEA.
Maintain EMEA cultural observances calendar and facilitate communication.
Serve as the primary contact for regional DEIB and SI initiatives.
Assist with planning and program budgeting.
Monitor and report progress to stakeholders.

Communications:


Develop communication collateral to support DEIB and SI initiativPartner with the communications team for DEIB communications and employment brand.
Create internal and external DEIB and SI communications.
Collect stories, write copy, and manage the review process for publications.

Qualifications
Experience working on global, cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project and program management skills, including experience with small and large-scale events.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize time-sensitive responsibilities.
Strong relationship management and partnership-building skills.
Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage ambiguity and handle multiple priorities.
 

Qualifications:
