Summary/Overview:

KBRA Analytics  is seeking a Reporter - Leveraged Finance  to join our KBRA Direct Lending Deals DLD  (KBRA DLD) news and analysis team in either our Dublin, Ireland  or London, U.K. offices.  

In this role, the Reporter  will work closely with head of European news to cover direct lending  across Europe, a $650B market and growing quickly.

We are looking to fill this role in our Dublin, Ireland or London, U.K. office,  with some flexibility for WFH arrangements. KBRA DLD’s news and research is cited widely across the top firms in private credit. Successful candidates will possess the following:

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience covering private equity or debt markets,  such as middle market, private credit, syndicated loans or high yield.
• The role requires real-time reporting on individual deals, fundraising, and tracking broader market themes and trends.
• Like our current team, you will succeed here by taking your own initiative to dig beyond the press release and develop a deep bench of market contacts.
• Expect to track trends and data in excel.
• Excellent verbal, written, reporting and presentation skills are essential.
• Possess a solid base of existing market contacts.
• Knowledge and use of Excel is preferred.
