Research Telemarketer

Dennehy Motors are a multi award winning Multi Franchise Motor Dealership based on the dock road Limerick. Due to continued growth we are now taking applications for the role for an*( Experienced Research Telemarketer) you must show this on your CV ( do not apply for this position if you do not have telemarketing experience)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Researching and Telemarketing

• Place phone calls to potential clients from our Database

• Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales script

• Answer potential clients' questions

• Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day

• Set appointments with prospective customers

• Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment

• Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff

• Refer customer complaints to supervisor

• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

• Excellent Excel skills

• Enthusiastic Telephone Manner

This is a Flexible Part Time role
