Full Job Description

Looking for a Sales Manager/Sales Team Lead for our prestigious global client. Candidate must speak English and German/Nordic/Dutch


Responsibilities
  • Work in collaboration with client Sales Strategy & Operations lead in designing and governing a reporting function that will equip the operations team with historical and real time performance insights.
  • Drive a positive client experience through thought leadership, continuous improvement and effective project management
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to internal and client leadership and stakeholders
  • Take part in the EMEA Reporting function
  • Develop, coach and manage your direct reports to ensure operational excellence.
  • Focuses, motivates and inspires the team in a goal and results-orientated way by driving optimum individual and team performance.
  • Single point of contact and escalation point for Reporting across regions
  • Establish a global governance to rollout reporting standardization programs, create a forum for best practice sharing and problem solving

  • Provide additional support to any region facing performance challenges where reporting and analytics interventions need to be strengthened.
  • Maintain program global roster for HC reporting, invoice validation, budgeting, etc.
  • Report global reporting key milestones, challenges and performance on identified OKRs on a regular basis
Qualifications


  • Ideally a proven experience in managing or leading many training specialists in the digital marketing space would be advantageous.

  • Ideally, 3+ years of professional experience in strategy operations in a demanding highly analytical environments such as management consulting, investment banking, or in a tech media company
  • Understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms plus working knowledge of sales systems and tools such as Salesforce and Tableau, Excel and Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience providing data driven business insights
  • Proven ability to be successful in a complex, fast paced environment, planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level. Organized, detail oriented and strategically focused.
  • BA BS degree in quantitative or analytical major engineering, mathematics, accounting, economics or relevant work experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce is a plus
