Senior Corporate Associate (Dublin or Galway)

Highly ranked in the leading Legal Rankings Publications, our strong Corporate department are looking to further their team which spans the Dublin and Galway offices. 

This role offers a path to partnership and will appeal to an ambitious practitioner keen to build their practice with the support of a progressive corporate firm. We have a long established and very highly regarded corporate department which advises both Irish and international clients on a diverse range of corporate legal issues arising from mergers & acquisitions, fundraisings and restructuring transactions. 

Candidates will either be operating at senior associate level in a corporate firm.  Applicants will ideally have a strong network of business connections and/or have the ability to develop such connections. Applicants should also be comfortable engaging in business development activities.  Other requirements include:

• At least three years of post-qualification experience in a busy corporate team.
• Evidence of business development and marketing successes.
• The ability to spearhead the corporate and commercial efforts of the team.

Applicants will possess:

• Experience in corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, venture capital and private equity.
• Experience in shareholder agreements, joint ventures, corporate structures and company law.
• Broad commercial contracts experience gained in practice.
