We are hiring a  Senior Occupational Therapist   for a private hospital in Dublin.Key Responsibilities  Plan and execute occupational therapy services to the greatest possible standard, adhering to goals that are in line with regional and national guidelines.Assign and oversee the tasks of peer support workers.Following professional standards, we assess, diagnose, plan, carry out, and assess our patients' and residents' treatment and intervention programmes.Oversee the practice education of student therapists, and as necessary, encourage and participate in the instruction, training, and assistance of others.Ensure you keep thorough clinical records of all the evaluations, talks, and interventions you have with patients and residents.RequirementsBe listed as an occupational therapist on the registry that CORU's Occupational Therapists Registration Board keeps up to date.Possess an occupational therapy degree or a comparable credential, and be qualified to join the AOTI.Possess a track record of solid clinical experience in the fields of acquired brain injury cognitive rehabilitation, severe and persistent mental health disorders, and mental health rehabilitation.Must have three full years of post-qualification clinical experience, or three years total.Possess an extensive understanding of the laws about health, safety, and other matters that impact healthcare organizations.BenefitsContributory pensionCareer developmentTax-saver commuter ticketsComprehensive training programsLong Service RecognitionComprehensive training programs
