Job Description:

Our Client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing and managing budgets and schedules for construction projects
• Conducting quantity takeoffs and measurements
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations
• Managing risk and providing commercial advice to the project team

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
