Senior Safety Trainer & Consultant

Full Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

The responsibilities to include but not to be limited to the following:

● Delivery of health safety training programmes in a professional manner

● Correction of course assessments for the various accredited programmes

● Completion of all associated paperwork to ensure accrediting body standards are fully adhered to.

● Proactively support colleagues with the development of business processes

● Proactively Develop and enhance existing course material as required

● Lead the Development of new courses and programmes

● Review course programmes to ensure material is relevant and current

● Provide consultancy services to Occupli and clients as required

● Ensure ISO and other standards are maintained in the provision of all our services

● Liaise with clients to build customer relationships and loyalty

● Assist in projects and other department actives when required

● Proactively advise clients regarding training and Consultancy services

● Proactively secure business for and on behalf of Occupli in accordance with annual KPI’s as set out by your line Manager.

● As requested by the business complete consultancy work to the required standards and time lines.
