This role provides a brilliant opportunity for a self-starter who has a proven track record in growing Sales, preferably in Fashion Retail. Our client is looking for someone with a passion to develop their career in Irelands largest Independent Menswear Fashion Retail business with a strong focus on Men’s Tailoring. This role will suit someone who understands that sales are the life blood of a business and is comfortable interacting with customers in a variety of environments.

• 2 years or more sales experience in retail fashion business, preferably menswear, in fast paced client facing environment.
  
• People management experience with a hands on pro-active approach.
  
• Resourceful in how to create leads for business and responsible for developing sales plans.
  
• Attention to detail with sales leads and all customer dealings.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
