Full Job Description

A great opportunity to join a leading US multinational as Senior Tax Manager .

Reporting directly to the Tax Director, you will support the day-to-day management of European Tax Affairs across tax compliance, tax planning and tax controversy.

This customer centric technology business strives for innovation and has a strong focus on M&A globally.

Ideally this will suit a curious and commercially minded tax professional, who is keen to manage the day-to-day tax compliance requirements while maintaining a strategic mindset to support tax planning and growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Support tax planning initiatives, while developing tax optimisation strategies
• Support various business projects i.e. entity rationalisation, M&A
• Navigate and manage tax controversy and dispute resolution.
• Research, document, and analyse new tax legislation in Europe and its potential impact on the business.
• Oversee the direct and indirect tax compliance process in Europe.
• Manage the tax provisioning process for European entities.

ABOUT THE PERSON
• At least 7 years' experience.
• Tax or Accounting qualification essential.
• Experience in a US corporate advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
