Our client is a

They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager who
plays a vital role in ensuring their customers receive an exceptional
shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Over see the daily running of the store including
staff management, inventory management, visual merchandising
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in the training and on boarding of new staff and review
upskilling opportunities for existing staff members
- Supervise and motivate sales assistants to ensure all KPI targets are
being met daily
- Handle customer inquires, requests
and concerns professionally
- Manage inventory
levels, restocking and visual displays
Ideal candidate
- Must
have previous management experience and a proven track record of
meeting company targets
- Presents a high energy
personality
- Strong people focus and team management
skills
- Be able to deliver excellent customer service
- Work in a fast pace environment
