Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  
• Maintain company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to execute marketing and promotional initiatives effectively.
  
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and support staff.

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and train the team to do the same.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fast paced retail environment, preferably in fashion.
  
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  
• Strong business acumen and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising best practices.
