The Role

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Compliance Manager, the Compliance analysist will support activities associated with Supply Chain Risk Management.

  • Ideal candidate will have awareness and understanding of the supply chain consequences and interdependencies of potential risk factors, while supporting the identification, deployment and management of appropriate strategies that aim to reduce and mitigate potential risks (e.g., political, environmental, security), establishing a secure, resilient supply chain.
  • This role will collaborate in the identification, analysis and assimilation of all internal and regulatory requirements, adapting Private Label Supply Chain processes to compliantly cater for these requirements, while sustaining and augmenting supply chain compliance posture.
  • Will support Private Label vendors, customers, contract packaging organisations, and internal and distribution operations stakeholders in the DSCSA-compliant movement of prescription drug product, and execution of exception handling processes.
  • This role will represent the Supply Chain Compliance team on New Product Launch conference calls and collaborate with the Product Lifecycle team to ensure that new products are compliantly configured, and new vendors, customers and contact packaging organisations are compliantly onboarded

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Quality in the investigation of quality events and the identification and implementation of effective Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA)
  • Collaborate with NorthStar RxLLC Quality to resolve DSCSA-related issues observed during the product receiving process, including label barcode quality, barcode data accuracy and coding errors, serialisation data errors, product aggregation issues and ASN anomalies.
  • Support the serialisation onboarding of Private Label vendors, customers and contract packaging organisations.
  • Support risk assessments to effectively identify and manage risk factors that could adversely impact supply chain resilience capability within Private Label.
  • Support the development and implementation of pre-determined organizational action to be invoked in the event of unexpected disruptive events, to facilitate a timely return to acceptable performance.
  • Data collation to support the utilization of key metrics tasked with measuring the efficacy of Supply Chain Risk Management processes and assessing supply chain compliance posture.
  • Support master data configuration for new product launches, including econo creation, Global Trade Item Numbers (GTIN), Global Location Numbers (GLN).
  • Participate in project teams tasked with delivering continuous improvement initiatives and/ or change due to regulatory mandates.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

€38,700 - €64,500
