Full Job Description

We are Nucleo. We a Data Consultancy, comprised of dedicated technicians and consultants with extensive expertise and experience in fields of Data Migration, Enterprise Asset Management solutions (such as IBM Maximo), Reporting & Business Intelligence (BI), Project Management and Business Change.     

We work with clients in asset intensive industries to help them develop solutions that drive improved business outcomes. Our consultants are focused on gaining an extensive understanding of our client's businesses, who we work in a partnership with to empower them to take meaningful control of their assets and operations, and by extension, better control of their business.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading all Talent acquisition activities and partnering with Hiring managers to identify, attract and retain talent in Nucleo. You will be responsible for optimising recruitment processes and utilising effective recruiting strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and contributing the overall success of our talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive talent acquisition plans.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Manage and optimise employee referral programs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date tracker of the recruitment process daily for immediate updates.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, universities, and industry organizations, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment process whilst developing a strategic focus to assess future requirements.
  • Update job descriptions with hiring managers to quantity the job correctly (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
  • Ensure an effective turnaround time on queries, feedback, reports, offers etc.
  • Manage the interview process with stakeholders including post interview feedback, offers, negotiations and onboarding.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-6 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within consulting/professional services sector
  • Experience with excel and data analysis, reporting analytics and dashboards
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and equivalent HR Software. Experience with Greenhouse ATS would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
