Job Description

LinkedIn currently has over 2,500 employees in Ireland and is in the process of completing its Dublin Campus.

This role, due to the business needs of the team, requires the employee to be physically present in the specified office on a full-time basis. This helps to ensure you are best equipped to be successful and have the experience you need to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and delivery of all workplace services across the Dublin Campus, managing our contracted partner(s) in providing effective workplace service provisions at all times.
  • Ability to understand and immerse oneself with the unique LinkedIn culture and ensure workplace plans are consistent with it.
  • Lead a wide range of programs, including facility management, space planning, front of house, physical security, food & beverage and events, etc.
  • Build relationships with key Senior Stakeholders, understanding the local team’s business priorities and translating them to Workplace requirements that directly support them, with the objective to proactively deliver the required space and services.
  • Engage and work with EMEA Workplace leadership to develop strategic Workplace plans and oversee execution.
  • Develop and manage an operating budget; proactively manage variances and manage within budget constraints.
  • Inspire LinkedIn teams to work together towards productive, responsible utilization of space and resources that support LinkedIn’s business requirements, mission, and culture.
  • Responsible for representing local priorities to internal Workplace partners, collaborating with LinkedIn’s global design, real estate, and functional program teams to ensure strategies and programs are the right fit for the local office culture.
  • Liaise with IT, HR, Finance and Procurement/Sourcing to ensure that Workplace objectives are supported.
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities that focus on better methods to achieve objectives which may include: process efficiencies, quality improvement, risk mitigation, cost improvements and any other relevant factors that influence workplace effectiveness.
  • Develop communications strategies with leadership and key stakeholders on moves, projects and other initiatives.          

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 + years of experience within facility management
  • 8 + years of experience managing multi-site Workplace operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using data analysis to drive decision-making, including experience with building occupancy/utilization data
  • Ability to collaborate with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
  • A curious and strategic thinker with the ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executives while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives paired with an effective project management mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills (e.g., communication, consulting, presentation, influencing skills).
  • Superb change management skills which can be applied within an ever-changing world of in-office, hybrid, and remote workstyles
  • Strong financial management skills, specifically budget planning, accrual accounting, and variance reporting.
