About You We're looking for an experienced HSE leader with the ability to influence at executive level and drive strategic change across a complex organisation. You will ideally have: A degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of 10 years' experience in senior Health, Safety & Environment leadership roles. Experience within utilities, energy, engineering, infrastructure, construction or another highly regulated environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. Experience leading HSE strategy, governance and organisational culture change. Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to Executive or Board-level audiences. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and audit management. Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Overview To proactively promote a positive Environmental, Health and Safety environment for all employees. The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist will provide technical support on occupational safety, ergonomic issues and other relevant environmental, health and safety issues. Position: Environment, Health and Safety Specialist 2 Reporting to: Manager, Facilities and Environmental Health & Safety Responsibilities Carry out risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures. Implement and update EHS control procedures as required. Develop training programmes and provide training on EHS. Advise department managers on EHS issues relevant to their particular department.
