**Job Purpose**
ICE Climate is establishing a dedicated Data Integrity & Governance (DIG) team in Dublin to ensure compliance with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) Regulation on ESG Rating Providers (Regulation (EU) 2024/3005). As Manager of the DIG team, you will lead and develop a team of ESG Ratings, Data Integrity, and Governance Analysts, working at the intersection of data, product, and compliance to drive the governance and validation of ESG Ratings and Sustainable Finance data workflows and climate risk scoring methodologies.
This leadership role combines deep ESG data/ratings regulatory expertise with product innovation and team management, ensuring our solutions are compliant. You will engage directly with clients, third parties and senior stakeholders for all data/methodology queries to translate feedback and market needs into product enhancements that meet ESMA expectations - all while building and mentoring a high-performing Dublin-based team. This role requires the successful candidate to be based in Dublin, Ireland and in the office 5 days a week.
**Responsibilities**
+ Team Leadership & People Management
+ Manage and mentor a team of ESG Ratings, Data Integrity & Governance Analysts based in Dublin
+ Oversee workload distribution and resource planning across the overall DIG team to ensure delivery against regulatory and product timelines
+ Act as an escalation point and senior subject matter expert for team members, providing guidance on complex ESG regulatory and data governance matters
+ Integrated Data Governance, Methodology Oversight & Regulatory Implementation
+ Lead end-to-end governance of ESG and Sustainable Finance data, including quality assessment, validation frameworks, and implementation of controls to ensure consistency, traceability, and adherence to established standards
+ Direct the design, validation, and pressure testing of climate risk scoring methodologies aligned with ESMA requirements, ensuring robustness of data inputs and model outputs in collaboration with internal model validation teams
+ Oversee and approve documentation of data sources, transformations, models, and dependencies to support regulatory transparency and compliance and ensure data/ratings accuracy and completeness
+ Lead preparation of materials for internal audits and regulatory reviews, including senior stakeholder presentations - ensuring completeness, accuracy, and regulatory readiness
+ Identify and escalate issues/clients' complaints to Senior Management, Risk and Compliance.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Collaborate directly with the Regulatory Compliance Officer to implement robust risk and compliance framework and ESMA requirements across the organization
+ Advise Product teams on regulatory/risk implications of new features or data sources, serving as the DIG team's primary point of escalation
+ Client Engagement
+ Lead and oversee client methodology challenge and validation processes, serving as the primary senior point of contact for client ESG regulatory and data governance matters
+ Review and approve responses to technical questionnaires regarding methodology and data governance before submission
+ Lead and deliver client presentations on ESGR methodology, scores, and data integrity/governance, coaching team analysts in client engagement best practices to include importance of function independence, client engagement restrictions.
+ Systematically capture, synthesize, and escalate client feedback to drive continuous product and process improvement.
**Knowledge and Experience**
+ 4+ years of experience in Sustainable Finance data operations/analytics, ESG/climate risk data management, climate risk/ESG product development, financial risk management, or data governance/regulatory compliance
+ Demonstrated managerial experience and proven leadership skills, including direct experience managing, coaching, and developing professional teams
+ Vast and comprehensive knowledge of ESG, sustainability, and ESG regulatory data, including deep familiarity with global and EU-specific ESG frameworks, standards, and data ecosystems
+ Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings to varied audiences including senior leadership
+ Excellent written communication, presentation, and technical documentation abilities
+ Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with clients, prospects, and senior internal stakeholders to discuss ESGR methodology, gather feedback, and provide authoritative technical guidance
**Schedule**
+ Must be based in Dublin, Ireland
+ This role leads an on-site Dublin team and requires full-time presence in Dublin and 5 days a week in the office
**EU Base Salary Range**
The expected base salary for this role is between 65,000 - 75,000 EUR. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation.  While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on objective and gender-neutral criteria including skillset, qualifications and experience of the individual. The primary purpose of this position is to research, analyze, interpret, transform, and present reference data for Equity and Funds securities across global markets. This role requires working with documents in English and Portuguese.

**Responsibilities**

**Job Purpose**
The primary purpose of this position is to research, analyze, interpret, transform and present reference data for fixed income securities as well as reference data pertaining to those issuers themselves that bring fixed income debt to market. The focus of this position is to perform this work with documents in Norwegian and Swedish Language.
The incumbent must successfully complete a three-month training program that centers on building enough subject matter expertise and the utilization of the database(s) of record such that the incumbent can independently analyze legal and financial documents associated with securities containing less complex fixed income structures. During training, the incumbent must master all of the subject matter and will be required to pass a series of quizzes and tests as well achieve the accuracy and timeliness metrics that were established for trainees.
The training curriculum for the associate contains high level overviews of the complex structures worked on by more senior personnel as well as reference data client use cases so that the incumbent can differentiate between legal and financial language that is relevant to and required by our client base versus jargon describing information that is not required and, so that the incumbent can identify new financing techniques that come to market. The incumbent must then apply this foundation of knowledge via a logical sequence of decision-making events to determine relevancy of said information to our clients for any of their use cases and if deemed relevant, determine the appropriate next steps to ensure high client satisfaction levels.
The fixed income market consists of over two million active securities and the reference data provided by ICE Data Services for said securities is used by our clients to make trading decisions, settle trades, make investment decisions, manage portfolios, analyze risk, create security master files, create client statements and conduct other back office functions. Our reference data is also used by internal stakeholders such as the Evaluated Pricing, Index and Analytics groups said reference data plays an integral role in determining evaluated prices, determining whether or not a security should be added to or deleted from an index or indices, the weighted average of a security within an index and, performing a series of analytical calculations that are used both internally within ICE and externally by these stakeholder's clientele.
**Responsibilities**
+ Analyze, interpret, collate and transform reference data provided in a variety legal and financial documents, third party reports and vendor information while ensuring that the reference data provided in ICE's products and services accurate, comprehensive and in a timely manner, namely best in class
+ Make sound, subjective decisions when interpreting legal and financial information by utilizing subject matter expertise to infer, deduce and ultimately draw the right conclusions
+ Provide customer support for users of ICE products by resolving inquiries in a timely manner
+ Craft external facing responses for those clients that submitted customer inquiries containing a meaningful, well-thought out, well-constructed answer that includes a restatement of the challenge or question, the analysis completed to satisfy the request and where appropriate, the methodology used to determine the solution
+ Procure required documents and/or trusted content utilizing creative internet searches and by conducting direct outreach to issuers, underwriters, fiduciary agents and bond counsel
+ Apply problem-solving skills to identify innovative work-flow efficiencies and process improvements resulting in increased accuracy levels, time to market and productivity
+ Help identify trends and causation of inaccurate and/or incomplete data
+ Participate in ad hoc projects to optimize processes and/or improve the quality of the data set.
+ Create charts, graphs and presentations for leadership teams
+ Use excel functions to organize, analyze and create reference data
**Knowledge and Experience**
+ Fluent in English and Norwegian - Minimum B2 level (upper intermediate). Knowledge of any other Nordic Language: Swedish, Finnish is an advantage
+ BA/BS in Finance, Economics or equivalent practical experience
+ Demonstrated, relevant work experience directly working in fixed income reference data operations or customer service
