What you will do

This is a phenomenal opportunity to join our Silent Aire team at Johnson Controls as a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor. This opportunity is of great importance. The Senior Project Quantity Surveyor will be a key member of the Project Management Office, responsible for delivering robust cost planning, pricing, and commercial management across a portfolio of new and existing projects.

The Electrical Package Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of all electrical work packages within various projects. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will play a key technical role within the Modular Design Engineering Team, responsible for the end-to-end mechanical design of offsite-manufactured, factory-built modular systems. These include modular data centres, packaged MEP plantrooms, and skid-mounted mechanical assemblies.

The role requires proven experience in offsite manufacturing and modular construction, with designs developed specifically for Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA), factory assembly, testing, certification, transportation, and repeatable deployment across global regions.
