You will handle the daily management of accounts receivables activity against collections strategies, worklists and priorities. You will work to minimize overdue invoice balances, cash application to customer accounts and processing claims/deductions.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Proactively execute cash collection in line with payment terms and process flows your respective accounts and prompt retrospective chasing of overdue invoices in line with targets.
+ Monitor Account Dashboard daily reacting to anomalies and escalating where required if risk to cash deliverables.
+ Ensure processes are followed to facilitate effective processing of deductions.
+ Communicate in a timely manner and work with appropriate functions to ensure deductions are cleared or recovered.
+ Ensure prompt reconciliation of credits with deductions
+ Partner with commercial teams to manage their accounts ledger and debt - ensuring all claims are processed in a timely manner.
+ Work Cross Functionally & with Customers & 3 PLs to resolve Pricing and Delivery Queries.
+ Lead Monthly Ledger Reviews with Commercial Teams to review o/s debt and escalate issues ensuring on target Overdue %.
+ Utilise HR (DMS dispute management ) to ensure date up to date cases.
+ Support Audit deliverables, and develop system knowledge to implement new systems and developments relevant to your area.
+ Work with UK BTC teams for knowledge sharing and support.

+ Own and execute a clear people succession and resource plan for the site's asset & technology population, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain and develop business-critical technical talent.
**Site Asset Reliability & Operations**
+ Drive a culture of high asset reliability to completely maximise engineering uptime, and reduce manufacturing interruptions.
+ Lead and be accountable for the site's comprehensive Asset Maintenance program and engineering capabilities, ensuring all maintenance repairs and operations are fully optimised.
+ Standardise asset-related business continuity plans and manufacturing compliance regulations, ensuring strict implementation, regular reviews and monitoring for all employees and contractors.
**Strategic & Financial Governance**
+ Develop and execute a multi-year engineering roadmap and annual operating plan designed to deliver a sustainable competitive advantage to Mondelēz.
+ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external service providers to define, track and meet rigorous Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability and Engagement (SQCDSE) goals.
+ Establish strong governance frameworks to review and control technical operational performance, driving a continuous improvement plan to match best-in-class benchmarks both internally and externally (OEE, MTBF, and vendor SLAs).
**Continuous Improvement**
+ Embed Progressive Maintenance (PM) principles across the engineering department to move from reactive to predictive maintenance.
+ Champion Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM), predictive analytics and digital tools to modernise traditional maintenance practices and deliver zero breakdowns.
**Qualifications & Experience**
**Leadership Experience:**
+ Experience managing, coaching, and developing direct report managers in a fast-paced manufacturing/CPG setting.
+ Demonstrated success operating within unionised work environments, with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
+ Demonstrated abilities in team building
**Technical & Business Acumen:**
+ Preferred a time served engineer by trade with relevant industry experience with optional university degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related technical field)
+ Deep knowledge of industrial maintenance, asset lifecycle management, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise and Spare Parts optimisation.
+ Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing large-scale manufacturing budgets and engineering projects.

These 4-year apprenticeships (Solas) comprise of seven phases which include both on the job and off the job learning and on successful completion the apprentice is awarded a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate. It is a challenging experience which guarantees you training to the highest possible standards.

You will:
+ Works cross functionally to develop and implement a 3 year strategic plan and annual operating plan, proactively identify key opportunities and link strategy to action to enable safe, reliable, flexible and cost efficient manufacturing capability that is a demonstrable competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Partner with multi-functional leads to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals. Establish a strong governance to review & control operational performance and continuous Improvement plan and embed a zero loss mindset across the site to deliver against best in class both internally and externally
+ Provide coaching towards implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and phase journey as per masterplan and Self-sufficient teams. Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring and development of the multi-functional team
+ Accountable to protect the value of the assets through appropriate assessment of needs and planning of spend. Lead and be accountable for all Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements are in place, understood by all employees at the site, and regularly reviewed and monitored for compliance to policy.
+ Lead and be Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the Plant - identify and implement critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future.
+ Interface with Key stakeholders internally & externally to establish/maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives, goals and build the company equity and image.
**What you will bring**

+ Significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast moving manufacturing environment with exceptional results (FMCG experience) with a career that has seen time at the Front Line and/or Manufacturing Manager level. Demonstrable and intuitive knowledge on fundamentals of good manufacturing practice, process improvement and optimization, Reconfiguration and imbedding of new or enhanced technology, Managing Costs and Variance, Motivaters and engagement levers for shop floor based performance, experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts
