**Position Summary**
As part of our ambitious sales transformation strategy, we are expanding our Nestlé Ireland Sales team. We are recruiting for a newly created **_National Account Manager & Category Insights_** role based at our head office in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you will combine National Account Management and Category Management, playing a key role in delivering profitable and market share growth. You will lead the development and negotiation of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with our Wholesale, Convenience and Medical Wholesale customers, ensuring delivery against both customer and business objectives.

**Your impact**
You will have full accountability for customer, category and format P&L performance, including revenue, trade investment, ROI, market share and profit delivery.
You will also lead category insights and reporting, working closely with both internal teams and external customers through data-driven recommendations. For example, NPD tracking, promotional effectiveness reviews and supporting our Commercial Development Team (CDT) with customer category reviews.
You will also:
+ Customer Strategy & Planning: Lead the development and negotiation of Customer Business Plans aligned to internal strategy and KPIs, ensuring clear direction across all planning cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly, including MBP).
+ Commercial Delivery & Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of customer plans, ensuring accurate execution, strong internal alignment and best-in-class communication to drive performance against revenue, profitability and market share targets.Data, Insights & Reporting: Leverage multiple data sources (EPOS, Nielsen, CIM, Dunnhumby, SRM) to generate actionable insights, deliver regular category reporting, support scenario planning, and inform customer and internal decision-making.
+ Customer & Stakeholder Leadership: Build and lead a strong customer contact strategy, developing effective cross-functional relationships, leading negotiations and aligning closely with CDT.
+ New Business Development: Identify and deliver new business opportunities across pharmacy, wholesale and convenience.
+ Promotional Strategy & Performance: Own promotional planning and execution, including trade spend, activation, ROI tracking and performance evaluation, providing insights to continuously optimise future activity.
+ Growth & Category Development: Deliver Monthly Business Planning (MBP) data and charts using Nielsen and Dunnhumby to support scenario planning and category review meetings, leveraging shopper, customer and category insights to inform optimal portfolio mix and range recommendations.

We are looking for a commercially orientated individual who is passionate about infant nutrition. You may have experience gained as a dietician, a healthcare professional, or within pharmaceuticals, nutrition or paediatrics.
You will have the following skills and experience:
+ Science related degree with Nutrition/ Dietetics or Life Sciences
+ Comprehensive working knowledge of HSE structures, policies and relevant customer types

**Position Summary**
We are delighted to be recruiting for a temporary **National Account Executive** position to join our **Nestlé Ireland** team based at our head office in Dublin, Ireland.
As National Account Executive, you'll play a key role within the Ireland Sales Team and will be responsible for working closely with the Ireland Customer Business Teams to deliver right first time, quality administrative services to support the accurate execution of our Customer Plans, internally and externally. The role will also be responsible for the effective and compliant management of Promotions and Contracts through VisualFabriq.

**Your impact**
In this exciting and fast paced role that supports the accurate execution of share winning profitable Customer Plans, your key responsibilities will include:
+ Providing excellent communication to Customers, completing all required internal and external documentation and alignment to ensure perfect execution of customer plans (Promotion Proposals)
+ Processing and checking customer cost cards to ensure all data is correct (EAN, Pack Sizes, Line Codes & Pricing) and taking corrective action with the customer where required.
+ Processing Monthly/Quarterly/ Annually Payment Information to Customers.
+ Management MAP/Visicom which is used for the communication to the field sales team
+ Support timely communication with field sales where relevant to enable field teams at the point of purchase.
+ Support with the management of trade spend actuals, attendance at trade spend review, and supporting your Sales Finance Executive with accrual management and changes.
+ Supporting Sales Finance with the validating of debit notes and taking corrective action
**Your ingredients for success**
To be successful in this role, you will already have some fantastic commercial or administration experience within the FMCG sector. You will work as part of a fast-moving team managing internal customer requests where accuracy and attention to detail are key to ensure a right first-time result.
You will be motivated to be part of a team, build great relationships within the team and with stakeholders, be open to how we can continuously improve as a team, and be the best.
You will also:
+ Be proficient in Excel and comfortable using other Microsoft Office programs
+ Make good use of insightful information and be naturally analytical
+ Be comfortable when working collaboratively and cross functionally
+ Have strong and flexible communication skills and styles
+ Be organised and adept at planning and prioritising workloads
+ Show proactive attitude / is a self-starter
+ Naturally curious, it is crucial that you are able to take the initiative when faced with any obstacle to solve problems and overcome barriers
