We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Transfer Agency Senior Associate, Client Processing to join our team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Act as the main point of contact for the client concerning operational and service-related matters. Responsibilities include attending weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly client calls, and reviewing the monthly scorecard.
- Engage in the launch of new funds.
- Address client concerns and requests promptly and within the agreed timeframe.
- Supervise client servicing functions where appropriate to ensure client satisfaction with the provided service.
- Ensure all staff maintain a proactive, professional relationship with key client stakeholders.
- Keep the Manager updated on client issues and their progress, highlighting any urgent client concerns or complaints to management immediately
- Ensure deals are accepted and processed in accordance with fund prospectus and Central Bank guidelines.
- Ensure all deals are processed with zero error tolerance.
- Ensure adequate controls are in place around the dealing process.
- Monitor deal acknowledgement as detailed in client service level agreement (SLA), including intra-day tie outs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of cash availability and prediction reports to fund managers and valuation departments.
- Ensure Supervisors provide accurate and timely dealing reports to the Cash Team upon which they will instruct payments and pre-advises.
- Ensure prices and factors entered into the transfer agency register are accurate.
- Ensure Supervisors perform a daily tie out with valuation departments.
- Monitor the distribution of daily deal confirmations ensuring that these are sent within the client SLA deliverables.
- Communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager.
- Ensure Supervisors respond in a professional and proactive manner to any dealing queries received from the client or shareholders.
- Ensure Supervisors maintain daily/monthly files in a manner suitable for future review by the fund and internal auditors
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Degree in relevant discipline
- At least 4 years experience in Transfer Agency preferably in Alternative Transfer Agency
- Co-ordinate daily/weekly/monthly management information systems (MIS).
- Ensure projects allocated to you by your line Manager are completed within the deadlines laid down.
- Ensure BNY and client standard procedures and controls are adhered to on a daily basis by all staff under your management.
- Review functional checklists and procedures to ensure sufficient controls are in place to accurately complete functional tasks.
- Ensure all staff are advised of client and departmental procedural changes, that these changes are understood by all staff and that procedures and checklists are updated to reflect same

- Directs and sets priorities for processes that check for the completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements. Provides guidance to teams managed to ensure that records are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Resolves escalated issues from team members.
- Evaluates rules to determine impact of new regulations on BNY's Basket Services practices. Provides guidance to teams on implementation of new policies to follow regulations.
- Directs the drafting of financial reports for clients to review fund performance. Communicates reports and intricacies to clients.
- Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
- Leads working relationships with auditors and clients to make changes to financial reports and ensure they accurately depict fund performance.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the quality systems ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and Jazz policies and strategies.
- Represent Quality during manufacturing operations and be available to resolve issues and provide guidance in a collaborative fashion.
- Provide quality and cGMP input and oversight of the manufacturing facility including data integrity.
- Generate QMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect these processes, which are easy to follow and promote both compliance and efficient operations, in accordance with facility requirements.
- Review and approve procedures, documents and records (e.g. Specifications, Batch Records, Validation data, QC data, etc.) in accordance with the facility requirements.
- Review and approve technical support documentation. (Examples include cleaning, process, method validation).
- Generate and approve Quality documents (e.g. Annual Product Reviews, Licence variations etc.).
- Support the Deviation and OOS investigation systems, advising on assessing impact and approving final reports and associated CAPA.
- Support the site change control system, evaluating proposed change controls as assigned, making informed assessments of quality impact of changes.
- Support the facility Supplier Management program, including qualifications and re-qualifications of suppliers and materials, auditing vendors and providing oversight as required.
- Manage the QA responsibilities of external manufacturers of APIs, reviewing deviations and changes at the CMO site.
- Support site compliance program, performing internal audits, training internal auditors as required, and implementing audit action plans.
- Participate and follow-up in third party audits and/or inspections carried out at the site by the authorities or clients.
- Complete all required QMS assignments (CAPAs, investigations, actions etc) in accordance with agreed timelines.
- Perform production on the line AQLs, and the incoming inspection and disposition of raw materials, consumables, packaging.
- Assist in preparation and presentation of GMP training programmes.
- Participate in initiatives and action plans for the development of QA and improvement of GMP compliance.
- Involved in site-wide projects and continuous improvement processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 3-7 years experience working in finished product pharmaceutical / biologics manufacturing, including analytical chemistry, quality assurance, quality control, development, and /or manufacturing areas.
- Excellent working knowledge of quality systems, FDA and EU regulations, cGMPs and ICH guidelines.
- Demonstrated capability in establishing collaborative working relationships at all levels, regardless of seniority.
- Possess fundamental scientific thought processes and demonstrated ability to apply this to overcome problems. An ability to think strategically and be a ‘go-to’ expert across the business in area of expertise.
- Recognize areas for improvement and use initiative to implement change programs in support of progress.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Custody Oversight Specialist to join our Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Dublin and is Hybrid
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Reporting to directly to the Head of Custody Oversight, the successful candidate will support management in the day-to-day efforts related to custody oversight management in line with applicable laws, rules, regulations and related procedures and policies.
- The candidate will be required to operate within the Trustee & Depositary custody oversight framework, providing management with key MI with regards to the oversight lifecycle (initial appointment, ongoing monitoring, annual review and termination) of in scope custody delegation and inter affiliate outsourcing arrangements.
- The candidate will evaluate the performance in scope custody delegation and inter affiliate outsourcing arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain review schedules under the direction of the Head of Custody Oversight.
- Complete the scheduled reviews according to the planned schedule and aligned to the current procedures and policies.
- Prepare and provide regular key risk / performance indicators and other relevant management information in relation to in scope arrangements.
- Escalate any urgent matters to the attention of management.
- Maintain an efficient and robust process around managing ongoing market incidents / issues/ concerns and overseeing / monitor the situation proactively. Provide support, expertise and guidance on matters arising on asset safety.
- Assist in analysing regulatory and market trends / changes to determine potential risks to the safekeeping of assets and presenting proposals on how to mitigate risks across businesses.
- Operate with a high degree of independence, conduct analyses and lead the programme to align with both regulatory and internal control standards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of meaningful tracking metrics for management reporting and escalation.
- Participate in regular service review meetings.
- Strengthen and enhance the control environment by challenging current processes and recommending control enhancements as needed.
- Provide and participate in cross training with colleagues where necessary.
- Represent custody oversight team at internal governance forums/councils when required.
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks as requested.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Extensive work experience is preferred.
- Third level qualification preferably in business/legal related / accounting / finance discipline.
- Global Custody and Outsourcing oversight experience is preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of UCITS/AIFMD fund structures and associated regulatory obligations.
- Knowledge of prime brokers and sub-custodians preferred.
- Ability to identify key operational risk issues, to summarise them efficiently, and to escalate them in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships, confident communicating at all levels with key decision makers in the departments across locations.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under time pressure

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, ETF Fund/Client Accounting to join our Operations team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland and will be working on a hybrid basis, with a requirement to work 6:30 – 15:00 on rotation as required.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conducts accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and moderately complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports.
- Develops and implements service improvement initiatives in the areas of driving Service Improvement plans, identifying opportunities for process improvements, enhancing processes and specialist review functions.
- Checks the work of more junior team members.
- Responsible for cash and asset reconciliations related to more intricate accounts or transactions within assigned funds.
- Performs reconciliation of account expenses for more complex transactions and ensures they are allocated appropriately.
- Escalates atypical transactions to senior team members.
- Drafts reports for clients regarding the performance of funds.
- May review first draft reports completed by more junior staff.
- Interacts with clients in answering questions regarding fund reports and accounting processes.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
- FIS Investment Accounting Manager(Invest One) knowledge an advantage.
