Senior E-Business Executive This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning business as part of a high-impact, fast-moving commercial projects team.Itsa diverse role putting youinthe centreofbothcommercial and product operations. Responsibilities will include: Partnership Development Identifyingnewpartnershipopportunitiesand handling the RFP process, adding new productstoour comparison sites. Organising andparticipatinginpartner meetings andidentifyingpotential areas for growth withinvarious typesofexisting accounts. Negotiating partner commercials and contracts, with support from our commercial and legal teams. Product and IT Co-ordination Being the trusted point of contact between the partner company and our IT team. Taking ownership of workflows, triage and investigating issues during new and existing partner integrations and updates. Drafting and managing structured development ITrequirements,including liaising with various internal and external stakeholders. Identifyinganddelivering improvements to systems,integrationsandthe use of data. Analytics and Research Monitoring business performance and providingtimely,accuratereports to partners, colleagues, and senior stakeholders. Preparing performance reports for partner meetings and coordinating follow-up actions and insights. Ensuring partner performance data is accuratelymaintainedin company systems, including regular updates and improvements. Supporting the execution and monitoring of traffic acquisition campaigns, generating insights and contributing to supplier relationship management. Becominga market expert, understanding customer,marketand industry trends toanticipatefuture needs,identifyand drive opportunities for growth, based on your knowledge ofSeopasproduct linesand audiences. Personal Specification Academics: Honours Degree in a computing, science, technology, engineering, mathematical orbusiness-relateddiscipline (minimum 2:1). 3gradeBs or above at A-Level are desirable, although not essential. Experience: 5 years relevant experiencein a product,operationsor digital role (e.g. fintech, IT, e-commerce, SaaS, insurance, marketing ops or similar) includingcustomer success/external company facingactivity in a commercial capacity. Exposure to task/ticket management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.), and familiarity withanyof the followingWordPress, GA4, CMS, CRM, or reporting tools is beneficial but not essential. Capabilities: Empathetic and effective communicatorwhen engaging with both technical and non-technical colleagues, including senior executives. A natural relationship-builder, skilled at nurturing successful business partnerships. Highly organised, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, follow logical flows, and document processes clearly. Quick to learn new systems and proactive in getting hands-on to solve problems. Experienced in negotiating commercials and contracts. Strongproficiencyin Excel andinproducing clear written documentation. Personal Qualities: Adaptable, curious, withstrongcommercialacumen.
