Are you a seasoned Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Product Owner with experience in the Investment or Asset Management space? Have you got experience working with Investment or Order Management platforms?

Utilise your Strategic and Problem-Solving mindset as well your Strong Communication and Technical Acumen to drive process improvements of Investment/Order Management systems such as State Street Alpha, Blackrock Aladdin and Charles River Development among others.

In return, you will gain exposure to Global-Scale Transformation projects and liaise with some of the most Influential Stakeholders and Executive-Level Leaders as you collaborate to ensure the continued success of a Fortune 500 giant.

You will:

  • Deliver complex IT Projects
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders
  • Handle Investment/Order Management Platforms

Skills / Experience:

  • 5+ years in a Technology Manager role
  • Must come from a Technical Background
  • Must have experience with State Street, Charles River Development Platforms or other similar platforms

The function of the role is to provide services for the operation & maintenance of Dublin Airports Baggage Handling Systems and baggage control room. Our asset base includes, but is not limited to, 14km of conveyor, Automated sortation units, PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI Systems, EDS X-ray machines in Irelands busiest airport. The role is shift based (24/7),12-hour shifts across a 4-week cycle. You will be working in a team of multi-skilled technicians and operatives in a fully cross skilled environment. The successful candidate will be supported to develop all the requisite skillsets to flourish as a highly skilled technician. Reporting to the relevant Asset Management Team Lead, at the core of this role is the provision of effective planned, reactive and emergency maintenance on various BHS assets, ensuring safe and efficient airport operations. ?Monitor and control the BHS via SCADA and other relevant control systems and software from within the Control Room. Investigate root cause of jams and stoppages and utilise systems to monitor inbound/outbound baggage operations across the terminals. Working in a multi-skilled environment support, operate and maintain all DAP assets as required. Ownership for the performance and uptime of the engineering systems & equipment assigned to the individual & team by delivering a comprehensive planned maintenance regime. Reactive maintenance and repairs on all assets within the Asset Management remit as directed by the Team Lead. Maintain a clean & healthy work environment in all asset areas (cleaning, vacuuming, removal of waste, used lamps, filters etc.). Produce and maintain comprehensive, timely, records and documentation to support asset performance metrics and ensure equipment/system availability targets are achieved. Demonstrate clear, concise and prompt communication skills on system issues both within Asset Management and when liaising with other internal/external stakeholders Utilisation of systems and technologies to enhance performance and record keeping. Use of CMMS for the generation and recording of all planned, reactive, and arising corrective works to include recording of timecards, escalations and full completion of appropriate workflows, to improve the performance of the systems reliability and internal processes. Safely & competently operate engineering related equipment as required. Promote, report on and participate in a positive H&S culture, across initiatives, audits, incident reporting and safety checks and actively challenge those who would negatively impact on H&S and quality standards. Provide support and participate in all continuous improvement projects and trials on behalf of asset management. Support Asset Management teams as required to familiarise, develop and upskill team competencies. Attend toolbox talks and safe work procedure briefings. Participate in completion, development & review of standards, documentation, reporting and work methods across Asset Management. Support continued compliance with Dublin Airport Asset Management Standards, e.g. ISO etc. Flexibility with regard to working hours, shift patterns, out of hours call in and remote technical support. ?Hold a recognized Electrician trade qualification (National Craft Certificate / Standards Based Apprenticeship). The function of the role is to provide services for the operation & maintenance of Dublin Airports Baggage Handling Systems and baggage control room. Our asset base includes, but is not limited to, 14km of conveyor, Automated sortation units, PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI Systems, EDS X-ray machines in Irelands busiest airport. The role is shift based (24/7),12-hour shifts across a 4-week cycle. You will be working in a team of multi-skilled technicians and operatives in a fully cross skilled environment. The successful candidate will be supported to develop all the requisite skillsets to flourish as a highly skilled technician. Reporting to the relevant Asset Management Team Lead, at the core of this role is the provision of effective planned, reactive and emergency maintenance on various BHS assets, ensuring safe and efficient airport operations. ?Monitor and control the BHS via SCADA and other relevant control systems and software from within the Control Room. Investigate root cause of jams and stoppages and utilise systems to monitor inbound/outbound baggage operations across the terminals. Working in a multi-skilled environment support, operate and maintain all DAP assets as required. Ownership for the performance and uptime of the engineering systems & equipment assigned to the individual & team by delivering a comprehensive planned maintenance regime. Reactive maintenance and repairs on all assets within the Asset Management remit as directed by the Team Lead. Maintain a clean & healthy work environment in all asset areas (cleaning, vacuuming, removal of waste, used lamps, filters etc.). Produce and maintain comprehensive, timely, records and documentation to support asset performance metrics and ensure equipment/system availability targets are achieved. Demonstrate clear, concise and prompt communication skills on system issues both within Asset Management and when liaising with other internal/external stakeholders Utilisation of systems and technologies to enhance performance and record keeping. Use of CMMS for the generation and recording of all planned, reactive, and arising corrective works to include recording of timecards, escalations and full completion of appropriate workflows, to improve the performance of the systems reliability and internal processes. Safely & competently operate engineering related equipment as required. Promote, report on and participate in a positive H&S culture, across initiatives, audits, incident reporting and safety checks and actively challenge those who would negatively impact on H&S and quality standards. Provide support and participate in all continuous improvement projects and trials on behalf of asset management. Support Asset Management teams as required to familiarise, develop and upskill team competencies. Attend toolbox talks and safe work procedure briefings. Participate in completion, development & review of standards, documentation, reporting and work methods across Asset Management. Support continued compliance with Dublin Airport Asset Management Standards, e.g. ISO etc. Flexibility with regard to working hours, shift patterns, out of hours call in and remote technical support. ?Hold a recognized Electrician trade qualification (National Craft Certificate / Standards Based Apprenticeship). Possess a good understanding of electrical or mechanical systems design, operations, fault finding and maintenance. Experience in highly regulated or safety-critical environments is advantageous. Proficient in IT skills for maintenance recording systems and Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in the use of a computerised maintenance system. Ideally experienced in, PLC and LV control systems, and SCADA systems. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Review and coordinate reviews of key documentation including contractual agreements, service descriptions, service menus, and policies (utilising knowledge of regulations and conducting gap analyses as appropriate). Support and lead coordination of due diligence and service review meetings. Work with Procurement and the enterprise Third Party Management Office to assess the appropriate treatment of third parties, inclusive of Non-Traditional Third Parties if necessary. Skills / Experience: Comprehensive experience in a third party risk management and/or oversight role at a global asset manager. Knowledge of service provider requirements supporting Front, Middle and Back Office investment management services, including risk assessments, due diligence, service oversight, and governance of critical third parties. Good knowledge of the UK and EU regulatory environment, in particular the CBI Outsourcing Guidelines (CP138) and other regulations related to third party management and vendor risk management. Experience of dealing with third party fund accountants, custodians, transfer agents and investment managers.
