The role will cover a range of domestic and international finance work including general corporate banking matters, fund finance, acting for sellers, buyers and servicers of distressed loan assets, advising on complex capital markets, asset (including aviation and maritime) finance, securitisation and structured finance transactions, and providing banking regulatory advices.
Clients include many of the world's leading financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity/real estate funds and investors, distressed funds and other credit market participants. The group also regularly advises on a variety of transactions, acting for (and opposite) banks and non-bank lenders operating in Ireland.
Experience Requirements in some or all of the following:
