What You'll Be Doing
  • Support customers via phone, email, and chat , resolving issues on the first contact whenever possible

  • Handle a variety of banking-related topics including fraud investigations, chargebacks, and complaints

  • Work independently to resolve cases with fairness and care

  • Identify and support vulnerable customers

  • Provide peer coaching and help improve internal processes

  • Adapt to new tools and systems in a fast-changing environment

Working hours: 
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotating 24/7 shifts (8h/day + 1h break)

  • Holidays: 22 working days per year + Portuguese public holidays (with compensatory days if worked)

Who Were Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Currently based in Ireland

  • C1C2 level of English

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service , Banking , Financial Services , or Insurance gained in Ireland

  • Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and professionalism

  • Comfortable using tools like Slack and GSuite and learning new systems quickly

Nice to Have:

  • Experience handling sensitive or regulated customer interactions

  • Interest in fintech, digital banking, or customer experience excellence
