Role Summary
The Partner Data Management Analyst - Transactional Operations is responsible for executing and maintaining the day-to-day operational processes that support partner programs, PRM system workflows, and point-of-sale (POS) data integrity. This role is embedded in the Center of Excellence (COE) and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate partner records, timely processing of partner transactions, and consistent support for sales and partner teams.
Key Responsibilities
- PRM Transaction Support: Process partner onboarding, tiering updates, and account changes within the PRM system. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to partner profiles and entitlements.
- POS Data Stewardship: Validate and reconcile POS data submissions from partners. Flag discrepancies, coordinate corrections, and ensure compliance with reporting timelines.
- Partner Program Execution: Support the operational execution of partner incentives, deal registrations, and rebate validations. Track submissions and ensure alignment with program rules.
- Sales & Partner Support: Respond to transactional inquiries from sales and partner teams related to PRM access, data issues, and program eligibility. Escalate complex issues as needed.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Generate and maintain operational reports on partner transactions, PRM usage, and POS data quality. Provide insights to support business reviews and audits.
- Process Documentation: Maintain SOPs and process maps for transactional workflows. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a transactional operations or shared services role, preferably in partner or sales operations.
- Familiarity with PRM and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce PRM, Impartner).
- Strong Excel and data validation skills; experience with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process consistency.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

Oversee the completion of quarterly reviews by formally notifying directors and following up with managers ensuring timely updates, supporting the Council in tracking progress against each objective.
Monitor and evaluate the organisational performance against the objectives in the Business Plan and liaise with the Directors to highlight critical milestones and targets every quarter.
Build strong alignment and relationships across the organisation to maximise collaboration and effectiveness between relevant linked functions.

Salary:
Starting salary will be at €58,847 which is the first point of the Senior Executive Officer PayScale.
If you are currently a serving civil or public servant, your entry point to the PayScale may be higher based on your current salary.
There will be salary increment each year in line with the Senior Executive Officer Grade PayScale and subject to satisfactory performance, until the maximum point on the scale has been reached. The rate of remuneration will not be subject to negotiation and may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government pay policy.

Business Intelligence
- Drive implementation of the Medical Councils data strategy by overseeing the progression of BI initiatives and ensuring alignment from planning to execution.
- Promote best practice and foster a data centric culture across the organisation, encouraging proactive use of insights and quality standards.
- Advise across directorates on data capture, data sources and support the adoption of new BI technologies and tools in line with the broader Digital Strategy.
- Support execution of the Medical Council data strategy ensuring data availability, accessibility and integrity to support BI reporting and decision-making frameworks.
- Report on BI strategy progress, challenges & achievements to the Head of Data Strategy and to the Director of Strategy & Business Services.
- Engage with data and digital working groups to identify and prioritize data gaps, highlight new intelligence opportunities and strengthen BI maturity.
- Work closely cross function to upskill Medical Council employees in data literacy, training and mentorship to enhance organisation proficiency in BI tools by using data to drive decision making.
Business Planning
Manage the tracking of activity against the Annual Business Plan, ensuring that the progress aligns with the objectives and milestones reflected the Annual Business Plan.
Oversee the completion of quarterly reviews by formally notifying directors and following up with managers ensuring timely updates, supporting the Council in tracking progress against each objective.
Monitor and evaluate the organisational performance against the objectives in the Business Plan and liaise with the Directors to highlight critical milestones and targets every quarter.
Build strong alignment and relationships across the organisation to maximise collaboration and effectiveness between relevant linked functions.
Lead and attend a variety of appropriate internal and external committees and working groups to represent strategic business planning.
Work with the Executive Director of Strategy and Business Services and other members of the Strategy & Business Services, SLT and Directorate to contribute to the Medical Council's organisational change programme with the aim to build a future-proof, fit-for-purpose regulatory organisation.
General Requirements
- Support the Head of Data Strategy & Business Planning, the Director of Strategy and Business Services and the wider Executive Leadership team with the development and execution of an organisation-wide annual programme of work.
- Assist with the presentation of updates to Council from time to time on the status of delivery of the objectives specified in the annual business plan.
- Work with colleagues across the organisation to identify and track appropriate KPIs relating to the business plan.
- Identify and review capability and capacity requirements for this team to drive and support business planning and projects across the organisation.

Qualifications/Experience
- Experienced people manager with a background in Business Intelligence, experience in Business planning is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong BI soft skills including collaboration, influencing and storytelling with the ability to deliver complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Experience in contributing to medium scale BI or data related projects, demonstrating understanding of project structures and effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset, capability of driving and influencing continuous improvement with the BI function and thrives when working independently.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Intelligence or a closely related field, candidates with relevant data qualifications will also be considered.

Position Type:This appointment will be offered on a permanent basis, 6-month probation will apply.
Salary:Starting salary will be at €58,847 which is the first point of the Senior Executive Officer PayScale.
If you are currently a serving civil or public servant, your entry point to the PayScale may be higher based on your current salary.
There will be salary increment each year in line with the Senior Executive Officer Grade PayScale and subject to satisfactory performance, until the maximum point on the scale has been reached. The rate of remuneration will not be subject to negotiation and may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government pay policy.

Pension:The Medical Council offers a pension through the Public Sector Scheme. Contributions to the scheme will commence on joining the organisation. Candidates currently working in the Public or Civil Service may transfer their pension.
