Job Description
This role is critical in providing high-quality financial advice while managing and supporting a team of Private Client Consultants, with plans to grow and develop the team further. The focus will be managing a portfolio of clients with immediate needs, helping to guide and support the team as they grow into future financial planning and wealth advisory roles.
We're looking for someone with
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with personal client engagement to drive both team and business growth.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, particularly Voyant.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
- Expertise in personal taxation, including Capital Gains Tax (CGT) reliefs and wealth structuring strategies.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in financial advisory or wealth management, with a focus on motivating and developing teams.
- Tax qualification is desirable.
- Expertise in personal taxation, including Capital Gains Tax (CGT) reliefs, termination payments, and wealth structuring strategies.
Using these skills, you'll be
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Private Client Consultants, ensuring consistent growth and high performance.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to set objectives, review performance, and provide coaching to improve client service and revenue generation.
- Develop and implement best practices for financial planning and advisory services within the team.
- Identify training opportunities to keep the team updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture focused on excellence.
- Manage and expand a personal portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing expert financial planning services, including estate planning, investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management.
- Drive business growth through a mix of fee-based financial planning and commission-based product recommendations (pensions, investments, and life assurance).
- Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and legislative changes to provide clients with forward-thinking financial strategies.

We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially savvy Network Infrastructure Business and Vendor Developer to help grow and scale one of the world's largest and most complex networks.
We develop new and innovative ways to scale and expand our network, while delivering operational excellence to our stakeholders. This opportunity sits within our Network Planning and Acquisition organization where the team is responsible for developing and acquiring the network that drives Amazon's internal infrastructure as well as connecting Amazon to the outside world.
The developer will have deep market and industry knowledge in telecommunications; experienced with vendor negotiations, networking technology, business case development and robust financial analysis skills. This individual will actively drive commercial vendor strategy, working with existing vendors, new vendors, as well as the AWS service teams and internal customers to build and design a portfolio of network infrastructure solutions.
This role requires collaboration, driving strategic initiatives and executing commercial deals across our network geography. Key job responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the EMEA Network Development team, helping to drive overall Network Infrastructure strategy.
Work closely with service owners to understand product roadmaps and devise programs to meet capacity requirements.
Develop network infrastructure plans for approval by internal customers and stakeholders.
Identify vendors and develop commercial solutions that solve for wavelengths, dark fibre and other network infrastructure capacity.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the telecommunications industry. Experience in procurement and negotiations of infrastructure, dark fiber and wavelengths.
- Experience working in a network planning or implementation role at an ISP, telecoms operator, or CDN. Experience in the planning, design and, construction of new telecoms fibre networks.
- Ability to build complex financial models from scratch. Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations while prioritizing competing demands to deliver on time for our customers.
- Experience working at a large network operator, OTT or Internet Service Provider. Quick and clear network strategy recognition in order to provide optimal results for the company.Experience interacting with senior executives and other management within a company and working across commercial, technical, domestic, and international arms of an organization.Experience working across Multiple International Markets in EMEA.
- Ability to anticipate customer requirements and build strategic plans. Demonstrated understanding of global fiber and IP networks. In-depth knowledge of and experience with major internet routing protocols; specifically BGP, OSPF, MPLS, RSVP and ISIS. Willing to travel.
