You will be responsible for establishing and enhancing their change management methodology and tools. We are seeking aBusiness Analyst to support a GDPR compliance initiative for an initial period of three months. The project focuses on delivering the next phase of regulatory data retention commitments. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of GDPR-related initiatives, with a focus on the Fileshare workstream. Analyse and reviewuser access rights across file servers, ensuring alignment with company policies. Map and documentdata flows across systems, identifying risks or gaps in compliance. Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and clarify requirements. Provide input into governance and compliance reporting, with actionable recommendations. Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and business needs. What Were Looking For The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and confident working in compliance-driven environments. Specifically: Strong experience indata handling, lineage, and transformation. Good understanding ofdata protection and privacy principles. Previous involvement incompliance or regulatory programmes. Ability toanalyse and map data flows across multiple systems. Skilled at identifying and classifyingpersonal and sensitive data in structured and unstructured datasets. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
