The Role As a CAD Technician, you will work within a collaborative drafting team to produce accurate, detailed engineering drawings to support the Process Engineering division. This includes the design of skid-based systems, site layouts, P&IDs, and detailed pipework documentation. You'll be involved in project meetings, client site visits, and build-focused drafting to support the fabrication process. Key responsibilities include: Producing accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for P&IDs, skid layouts, and detailed equipment/pipework models. This role involves producing 3D models and 2D drawings to support our bid proposals and design concepts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AutoDesk Revit and 2D AutoCAD, along with a strong understanding of engineering principles. Key Responsibilities: Produce detailed 3D models in AutoDesk Revit for tender submissions and preliminary design work. Create and modify 2D drawings including site layouts and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely drawing outputs.
