We are presently recruiting for an Early Childhood Educator for our clients in Mid Kerry. The successful candidate will foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children, focusing on their developmental, social, and emotional growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, physical, and emotional development. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and learning. Support childrens social skills, language development, and early literacy through interactive play and structured activities. Observe, document, and assess each childs progress, adapting methods to meet individual needs. Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and caregivers, providing updates on childrens growth and development. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and cohesive learning atmosphere. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and childcare regulations at all times. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood or crche settings preferred. Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills. First Aid certification is a plus. Salary is based on experience and in the region of €14 - 16.50 per hour.
