As a Senior Business Systems Analyst within the team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new analytics and reporting to ensure that our business partners have the information and confidence they need to make crucial business decisions. You will work closely with our business users to understand their needs and priorities with the autonomy to propose new solutions and leverage new technologies, while being supported by a wider team of Data Engineers, Business Analysts and Data Scientists.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Work with business partners to define and document business and technical requirements for data and analytics projects, this includes the documentation of data flows and data mapping from source systems into our analytic platform
+ Partner with our Compliance and Privacy team to ensure our dataset have proper member level de-identification that complies with existing customer contracts
+ Create user stories and acceptance criteria
+ Facilitate the Daily Scrum meetings and Sprint Retrospective meetings with the Scrum Team
+ Facilitate the Sprint Planning and Sprint Review meetings with the Scrum Team and project stakeholders
+ Own issue and risk management for your projects, solving problems and working to remove impediments to both the team and the overall release
+ Deliver regular updates to executive stakeholders
+ Coach/mentor Scrum team members on Agile best practices
+ Participate and contribute to weekly Data Governance meetings with team leads and project stakeholders
+ Document data ingestion updates to the wider Payment Integrity team on a regular basis
+ Assist with QA of features once implemented

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree (or higher) OR equivalent qualification
+ Experience with Agile methodology including Agile tools (e.g. Rally, Jira)
+ Experience with analyzing and documenting requirements
+ Understanding of relational database concepts
+ SQL querying experience
+ Stakeholder management experience
+ Ability to analyse data, drive to root cause issue, identify trends, problem solve and provide key recommendations based on analysis
+ Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in cloud solutions including Azure and Snowflake
+ Experience with HIPAA and data de-identification methodologies
+ Healthcare/Pharmacy experience
+ Exposure to Machine Learning models/projects
**Soft Skills:**
+ Communication skills
