**About the role**

**Basic Qualifications**
+ Expert using and educating others in the use of design and prototyping applications such as Figma, Framer, etc - and eagerly adopting new tools and techniques.
+ Be a system thinker, comfortable with designing beyond your basic screen or user flow.
+ Be comfortable with AI and staying informed or utilizing new technologies.
+ 5-7+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer, Product Designer for Enterprise applications (not just websites or mobile apps).
+ Bachelor's degree in a field related to User Experience Design.
+ Communicating even complex concepts with clarity - verbally and in writing, in person and virtual.
+ Compelling and engaging storytelling and presentation skills to share your design material with peers and leaders across disciplines.

DESIGN ENGINEER Our client, an established technical solutions provider in the storage and logistics sector, is seeking a Design Engineer to join their growing team in Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent role suited to individuals with a strong background in AutoCAD and mechanical layout design. COMPANY: Our client provides bespoke racking, shelving, and automated storage solutions to commercial and industrial clients across Ireland. Their projects range from standard shelving layouts to large-scale, partially automated systems. As they continue to grow and win new contracts, they are expanding their design function to deliver innovative storage solutions from concept through to installation. THE ROLE: The Dublin-based Design Engineer will be responsible for: Creating detailed technical drawings and system layouts for racking and shelving projects using AutoCAD (2D and 3D). Supporting the design of automated and manual storage systems across commercial and industrial environments. Working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure customer requirements are translated accurately into layouts. Producing general arrangement (GA) drawings and installation drawings for internal and client use. Managing drawing revisions and technical documentation for each project. THE PERSON: Our client is looking for: A background in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Building Services design. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience in Revit, SolidWorks, or other 3D design tools is a bonus. Experience in layout or system design for industrial or storage environments (desirable). Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and design control. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects. We are seeking a UX/UI Designer role to play an essential part within the digital team, contributing to the end-to-end design process across a variety of digital products, from mobile apps to web platforms, to position the company as an industry leader; B2C digital channels, using customer centric technologies to drive revenues and a seamless experience.
