Duty Manager - 4-Star Hotel - Trim Location: Trim, Co. Meath Salary: €38,000 per annum The Noel Group is proud to collaborate with a renowned 4-star hotel located in the heart of Trim, Co. Meath, in the search for an experienced and service-driven Duty Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a respected hospitality team within a hotel celebrated for its warm welcome, outstanding service, and strong team spirit. In this key position, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience. Acting as the Manager on Duty, you will coordinate all operational departments, including front office, food & beverage, and housekeeping, to maintain service excellence at all times. Key Responsibilities Take charge of daily hotel operations during your shifts, ensuring all departments run efficiently. Serve as the main point of contact for guests, swiftly addressing and resolving any concerns with a professional and positive approach. Provide leadership and guidance to front-line teams, fostering a guest-first mentality and high service standards. Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and company brand guidelines. Assist senior management in driving key performance and customer satisfaction targets. Perform all opening and closing duties, ensuring accurate and thorough shift handovers. What We're Looking For Proven experience in a supervisory or duty management capacity within a hotel setting. Strong leadership and people management capabilities. A genuine passion for guest service and exceptional communication skills. Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations and resolve issues proactively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the role.
