About the role: We are looking for Social Media Specialists to join our team.

Your role will involve creating, assessing, and improving a large language model, reviewing guidelines, and crafting sample prompts and responses in your area of expertise.

What we need from you is: Be fluent in German and having a good level (C1) in English.

Have a cultural understanding of the German market.

Having experience in working in an office environment is preferable, but not mandatory.

Be extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working.

Be flexible in working in a faced paced environment with different projects to work on.

Be eligible to work in Ireland full time (Stamp 4 or Irish citizenship or European).

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Content Creator who can take existing video content and reimagine it for various social media platforms. This role involves creating engaging short-form videos, reels, and visual content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and our website. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of platform-specific video requirements, current social media trends, and the ability to craft content that resonates with both B2B and consumer audiences in the insurance and trucking sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform raw footage into social media videos (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, etc.)

  • Optimize content for different platforms, ensuring proper aspect ratios, duration, and formatting specifications

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos, including motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and branded elements

  • Create engaging short-form content that captures attention within the first 3 seconds and drives viewer engagement

  • Develop video content strategies tailored to each social media platform's unique audience and algorithm requirements

  • Stay current with video trends and implement trending formats, effects, and storytelling techniques

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with overall brand messaging and campaigns

  • Analyze video performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on engagement data

  • Develop brand-consistent visual elements, including intro/outro sequences, lower thirds, and branded templates



Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation (2+ years preferred)

  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or other similar)

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their video specs, trends, and engagement best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)

  • Excellent storytelling skills , particularly for short-form video content

  • Understanding of video SEO and how platform algorithms influence reach and engagement

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)

  • Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian will be a plus 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with current viral video formats and trends

  • Experience with B2B content creation,  especially in the professional services industry

  • Ability to maintain brand consistency and visual identity across multiple platforms

  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools

  • Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation

  • Experience with AI video creation/editing tools

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and ability to work independently
