Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with overall brand messaging and campaigns
Analyze video performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on engagement data
Develop brand-consistent visual elements, including intro/outro sequences, lower thirds, and branded templates
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation (2+ years preferred)
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or other similar)
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their video specs, trends, and engagement best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
Excellent storytelling skills , particularly for short-form video content
Understanding of video SEO and how platform algorithms influence reach and engagement
Language Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian will be a plus
Additional Qualifications:
Familiarity with current viral video formats and trends
Experience with B2B content creation, especially in the professional services industry
Ability to maintain brand consistency and visual identity across multiple platforms
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools
Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation
Experience with AI video creation/editing tools
Self-motivated with excellent time management and ability to work independently
