The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Financial Advisor who thrives in a client focused environment, values professionalism, trust, and long-term client relationships. Based in Dublin, you will provide expert financial advice across Retirement Planning, Investments, Life Cover, Serious Illness, and Income Protection. You'll manage a strong existing client base and develop new business opportunities - with full administrative support behind you and the backing of a respected, long-established brand. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a pipeline of new and existing business to meet agreed annual targets. Deliver comprehensive financial reviews, with tailored advice based on each client's goals and circumstances. Grow your client portfolio through proactive networking, referrals, and lead generation. Provide clear, expert advice on pensions, investments, life insurance, income protection, and serious illness cover. Build long-term, trust-based relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience. Maintain accurate and compliant client files on the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams and specialists across the wider business to ensure a joined-up service. Ensure all activity is recorded using internal reporting tools and remains compliant with regulatory standards. Uphold the company's values in every client interaction and business development activity. What You'll Bring QFA qualification (essential); RPA, AIIPM, or CFP (desirable) A minimum of 2-3 years' advisory experience, ideally within a broker environment Strong technical knowledge of the Irish financial services market A proven ability to hit sales targets while delivering sound, client-focused advice Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Professionalism, self-awareness, and confidence in client-facing situations A full driving licence and access to a personal vehicle Why Join This Firm?
