Ensuring the planning, preparation, cooking and presentation of food is always to the highest standard. To ensure quality standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented, and daily checking procedures are fully applied. To ensure company policies relating to stock control and stock ordering are implemented and monitored. To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company policies and procedures. Updating HACCP records. To ensure the security of kitchen and storage areas is maintained at all times. To promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect. Any other reasonable requests made by Unit Manager. The Person: Must be able to work alternate weekends Experience in a similar role Food Hygiene Level 3 qualified Leads by example and lives our values. Enthusiastic and passionate about our customer service and reputation. Self-motivated, working independently and on own initiative. Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude. Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis. With a strong international presence and a reputation for innovation, the company delivers advanced food production line solutions to leading manufacturers worldwide. In this role, youll be supporting customers across Ireland, installing, maintaining, and optimising high-tech food processing equipment, including X-ray, metal detection, intelligent slicing, and industrial washing systems. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission complex electromechanical systems (electrical, pneumatic) Deliver technical training and support to customer maintenance teams Carry out proactive service visits, remote diagnostics, and on-site repairs Support production and wiring of control systems during commissioning Ensure compliance with industry regulations through testing and calibration Education and Experience: Electrical or instrumentation background with hands-on technical experience Previous field service or troubleshooting experience in complex machinery Confident with computers; MS SQL knowledge a plus Strong communication, customer service, and technical training skills Flexible, organised, and happy to travel across Ireland (6080%) Additional Info: Happy to travel and work out of hours/weekends as required with food factory environments - OT available Valid driving licence essential Full product training provided Skills: Electrical Mechanical Automation Benefits: Work From Home
