Your Role:

As a Process Engineer Lead Dosimetry you will lead a team of professionals, technical and/or administrative staff. You will mentor, coach, and coordinate.

You will execute highly complex or specialized projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, analyze, and report on production line performance, proactively spotting issues that could hinder efficiency. Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to tackle challenges and improve quality and output in your designated areas.

  • Develop specifications and operational guidelines for processing equipment, ensuring that the correct sequence of operations is followed.

  • Diagnose and resolve engineering challenges associated with processes or equipment currently in use.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in processes and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficient in analyzing data, discussing insights, and resolving intricate analytical issues.

  • Ability to identify negative trends and emerging challenges effectively.

The Opportunity:

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be reporting to the PMG Technology Production Support Team Lead to provide business/product support for investment operations. You will work with Portfolio Accounting, Custodian Data Reconciliation, Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio Engineering and Security Operations teams for daily operations. You will be responsible for understanding the business requirements, identifying process improvements, and designing and implementing solutions. You will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our product development.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Collaborate closely with all Portfolio Management group which includes Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Analytics, Security operations, Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio engineering, Traders and Trading operations Teams to ensure system is performing as expected
  • Monitor production platforms for start of day readiness and general system health
  • Effectively foster dialogue and communication between internal business customers, Technology Teams, and our application vendors
  • Provide operational and incident support for your assigned applications and modules
  • Perform root cause analysis on production incidents and propose solutions to prevent recurrence
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria based on business requirements
  • Define business, functional and technical systems requirements accompanied with solution detail, diagrams

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or as a Product Manager supporting business critical applications as part of a Wealth or Investment Management Technology team
  • Hands-on experience in Portfolio management platforms (Portfolio Accounting, Order Generation, Performance and reporting, Market Security)
  • Working knowledge of Portfolio management concepts (Positions, Trades, Securities)

We are looking for a **Facilities Engineer** (Permanent role) to join our teams between counties Louth, Meath and Dublin. This is a Monday to Friday position, 100% on-site.
**Objectives:**
+ Consult with Engineering team on maintenance requirements and Preventative Maintenance work. Troubleshooting on Facilities issues.
+ Manage and maintain all facilities, utility, equipment, and grounds.
+ Review and develop plant upgrade / modification proposals.
+ Management and contribution of the maintenance system for the Facilities Engineering Group.
+ Ensure that all Building Repairs and Upgrades are maintained to Pharmaceutical Standards.
**Knowledge / Skills & Experience:**
+ Ensure that the facilities documentation is completed, maintained, and reviewed accordingly and in compliance with all GMP guidelines.
+ Manage Contracts: Utilities / Security / Cleaning / Pest Control / Landscaping / Fire Protection / Security Alarms / Camera's / Access control / garments and Waste Management.
+ Control of Facility Engineering contractors including pre-qualification, site entry, induction, permit to work, method statements, LOTO, work inspections and exit from site.
+ Identify and implement measures to affect savings in all energy costs.
+ Updating relevant SOP's, documentation, and technical papers.
+ Implementation of recycling initiatives.
+ Liaise and work with the Facilities Engineering team to ensure that all plant related duties are successfully conducted.
+ Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives (TPM, Lean, 6 Sigma, Shingo.).
+ Assist and in cases lead technical improvements under the department's continuous improvement program.
+ Demonstrate excellent communication and assertiveness skills with strong mindfulness.
+ Plan and manage small/ medium capital projects in the department to successful completion.
+ Work closely with the H&S Department to ensure that all relevant environmental and safety requirements in the plant are met.
+ Perform Validations as required on various Facilities systems.
+ Manage all relevant maintenance/facilities budgets.
+ Coordinate the implementation of remedial actions identified in audits.
+ Work with PCI Engineering teams on various Facilities related projects.
+ Work in close collaboration with other related functions to deliver required outputs on a 24/7 shift basis.
+ Work closely with Site stakeholders to successfully deliver outputs and capacity enhancement projects.
+ Provide technical support for new product introduction and product transfers.
+ Address and effectively manage documentation issues arising from engineering activities.
+ Work in close collaboration with equipment vendors to address any performance issues.
+ Defining, controlling, and documenting engineering operations practices.
+ Leading risk assessments and gap assessments for new processes, new equipment, and modified equipment.
+ Lead and Attend Daily Handover meetings to review issues or by delegation where required.
+ To organise and supervise outside contractors i.e. calibration / service contracts / cleaning.
+ To maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and GMP always proven track record of showing how results were delivered through management/leadership of others.
+ To undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Engineering Director / Facilities Manager or those designated by the Engineering Director.
+ Capability to set clear goals, communicate these clearly and ensure progress to completion meeting predefined targets.
**Requirements:**
+ Degree in Engineering (mechanical/electrical) is essential.
+ At least 2- 5 years' experience in a similar role in a GMP-regulated / FMEA manufacturing inc. audit experience desirable.
+ Exposure to facilities equipment best-practice maintenance including CMMS and RCM.
+ History in Continuous Improvement and lean production / engineering techniques.
+ Excellent written/verbal communicator and good documentation skills.

**Requirements:**
+ Degree in Engineering (mechanical/electrical) is essential.
+ At least 2- 5 years' experience in a similar role in a GMP-regulated / FMEA manufacturing inc. audit experience desirable.
+ Exposure to facilities equipment best-practice maintenance including CMMS and RCM.
+ History in Continuous Improvement and lean production / engineering techniques.
+ Excellent written/verbal communicator and good documentation skills.

+ Collaborate with scientists and lab staff to understand workflow requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
+ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
+ Troubleshoot and debug hardware-software integration issues in a laboratory setting.
+ Implement scheduling and orchestration systems for automated workflows.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GLP, GMP, Data Integrity) where applicable.
+ Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) of automation systems.
+ Maintain version control and documentation for all software projects.
+ Develop and train future Junior Software Engineers.
**Your experience and qualifications**
Are you?
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
+ Strong problem-solver, with attention to detail.
Do you have?
+ 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a laboratory or scientific environment.
+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
+ Experience with laboratory automation platforms (e.g., Tecan, Hamilton, Beckman Coulter, Opentrons).
+ Familiarity with LIMS, ELNs, or other scientific data management systems.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Experience with respiratory testing laboratory automation (preferred).
+ Knowledge of laboratory standards and protocols (e.g., HL7, SiLA) (preferred).
+ Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
