**Required Skills:**
Law Enforcement Response Team Operations Policy Associate (Short-Term Employment) Responsibilities:
1. Support operational escalations related to sensitive subject matters from global team members, quality assurance team, and cross-functional partners, and collaborate on operational policy decisions with the legal team
2. Develop and maintain the operational policy governance to support a team handling a large volume of incoming requests from law enforcement and third parties
3. Ensure that all requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable laws, our terms of service, and our law enforcement guidelines
4. Track the progress of operational policies from submission to implementation
5. Manage and coordinate development of operational policy based upon input from cross-functional teams
6. Help articulate operational policy background and supporting rationale to relevant internal parties, including management, operations, and other internal stakeholders
7. Identify operational policy gaps and deliver ongoing communications to team members
8. Articulate operational policy positions in internal policy meetings with Meta stakeholders
9. Draft operational policy-related materials including reports, propose documentation updates, develop documentation based on legal guidance, create instructional content, with the ability to proof, revise, and edit copy to ensure both accuracy and quality of content, convert complex ideas and concepts into easily understood documentation
10. Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that development and operational readiness requirements are understood and implemented
11. Ensure proper tracking and reporting on engagement and outcomes of operational policy efforts, and provide cross-functional partners with information on policy development activity
12. Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic violence, child exploitation, images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material
13. Provide support to leadership as needed, including documentation change management and metrics
14. Manage time effectively to prioritize multiple competing priorities
15. Lead and support globally focused projects
16. Adapt to flexible working hours
**Minimum Qualifications:**

17. BA/BS degree
18. 8+ years of experience in operational, policy, government, legal, compliance, privacy, or strategy experience
19. Proven ability to manage and resolve complex problems and issues, using judgment in handling sensitive matters while maintaining confidentiality
20. Experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing core work responsibilities without compromising quality
21. Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
22. Experience working at a tech company or with tech clients, including technical writing skills
23. Experience partnering both within the team and with a wide range of internal partners
24. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

The CSIS (Citi Security and Investigative Services) Lead Security Officer is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
**What you'll do**
+ This role will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of Citi by interacting with multiple businesses across the enterprise
+ This role will leverage subject matter expertise, whether that is physical security and safety, crisis management, security technology, event security/logistics or vendor management. Some of the responsibilities for this role are as follows:
+ Responsible for the direct management of Citi facilities; Citi occupied properties and the security staff at those facilities as delegated by the Regional Director of Security
+ Oversee activities of security operations staff in an effort to safeguard premises and employees against risk of; unauthorized entry, fire, theft, vandalism, and opportunities for criminal activities
+ Enforce security rules and safety standards
+ Review security or safety related incidents and ensure that appropriate measures to correct any deficiencies or errors are taken in an effort to reduce risk or exposure to risk
+ Ensure that security procedures are enforced and that all security personnel are trained to respond to emergency situations
+ Interact with other departments on issues involving security and safety functions
+ Conduct training, Operational readiness exercises and ensure that security staff is well practiced and rehearsed in the execution of security operations, drills, assignments and the day- to-day functioning of security systems
+ Acquire, manage and maintain relationships with local law enforcement authorities, first responder agencies and key business support entities as it supports assigned facilities
+ Maintain CSIS systems, staff and equipment in a state of perpetual readiness enough to meet or surpass requirements of both internal and/or external audits.
+ Demonstrate basic knowledge of vendor and invoice management
+ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
+ Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
+ Acts as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**What we'll need from you**
+ Seasoned security officer experience
+ Bachelor's degree/Associate's degree plus equivalent work experience/High School diploma plus equivalent work experience
+ Experience in adhering current security protocols, operations manuals and guides
+ Proven ability to foster relationships and interface with external agencies to promote functional excellence
+ Demonstrated experience in making sound judgements at a moment's notice
+ Has maintained corporate assets, to include lease vehicles and equipment in a state of perpetual readiness enough to meet or surpass requirements
+ Can articulates basic understanding of security vulnerabilities and suggests preventative measures to assist in the mitigation of these potential risks
+ Experience in working with security & safety technology
+ Demonstrated ability to follow security and safety instructions and procedures; reporting anything out of the ordinary to management and obey rules and regulations set out in delegations of duty, verbal instructions and company policies
+ Relevant experience in a private/public sector security environment
+ Professional Security certifications
+ Experience working in a corporate or financial services security team
+ Flexibility to work on call off hours/weekends
