Our Finance Transformation team delivers globally integrated Finance service offerings to our clients. Our Finance team assists clients in building Finance functions that are business-focused, cost-effective and agile in meeting the needs of all their stakeholders.

These offerings include:

  • Agile Business Finance – Delivering an optimised Finance function by ensuring a collaborative alignment between Finance, Business and Technology to build an Innovation-led Finance function to help empower teams, enhance capabilities and realise benefits faster.
  • Value and Performance Management – Enabling Finance functions to identify and deliver sustainable long-term value through optimised planning, reporting and analytics.
  • Global Business Services – Developing high performing operating models through process simplification, standardisation and leveraging enabling technologies.
  • Finance Strategy and Operating Model – Development of a digital finance vision; target operating model; case for change, benefits realisation and transformation roadmap.

Key to many of our Finance Transformation engagements is the identification, evaluation and deployment of the right technology to support our clients’ business agenda. In particular, this involves intertwining our Finance and Shared Services portfolio with other offerings like cyber security, analytics, RPA and digital technologies.

We are seeking experienced insurance consulting professional who will contribute to the continued growth of our Finance Transformation services in Ireland.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Strong understanding of core business and finance operations gained through involvement/ delivery of projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability including logical reasoning, creative thinking and the ability to untangle complex issues for improving existing business processes and workflows.
  • Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
  • Demonstrate understanding in project management fundamentals, including RAID logs, status reports, and meeting minutes.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify their business goals, processes, and challenges, converting these insights into detailed functional requirements
    • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories
    • Support EY's service offerings, actively contributing to a diverse range of service deliveries
    • Innovate and develop creative solutions to client challenges, enhancing strategic and operational outcomes
    • Articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure stakeholder understanding
    • Maintain strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, consistently delivering high-quality results on schedule
    • Cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships, representing EY with professionalism and establishing credibility
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Financial Services industry to foster innovation and contribute to Insurance practice development specifically in areas of thought leadership, RFP support, operations and training
    • Work effectively within EY engagement teams and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and productive team environment
Skills And Attributes For Success

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a Insurance/finance/data/risk, business, or project related area
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in delivering change in an insurance function environment – gained either from prior experience in consulting or through a track record of delivering change/transformation projects in industry (Preferred industry experience include financial services, insurance, transformation, financial risk management)
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven experience in developing structured presentations using PowerPoint and analytic skills using Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Insurance and finance landscape and key trends in this space as well as wider implications on the Financial Services industry
  • Quick to understand intricate business challenges and devise suitable solutions
  • Be experienced of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation
  • Skilled at overcoming obstacles and barriers.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and rapidly establish personal credibility
  • Exhibit strong personal impact and resilience, with the ability to influence clients and stakeholders to secure support for major changes and critical decisions
  • Collaborative team player with a forward-thinking mindset, self-motivated, thrives on new challenges, and quickly adapts to learning new knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders

Ideally, you will also have

  • Previous experience in Consulting or relevant industry experience in a Financial Institution.
  • Knowledge of regulations such as IFRS 17 and Solvency II is an advantage.
  • Project Management Cert/Qualification/ACCA/CIMA/ACA is an advantage.
  • Lean six sigma qualification is an advantage.
  • Project Management and/or Agile certification

We have an exciting opportunity for an **Associate Director of Business Analysis & Reporting** , partnering with the Data Mining and Recoveries value stream within Non-Clinical Payment Integrity services. This individual will lead the Data Mining and Recoveries BAR team to deliver and maintain reporting and analysis, illustrating daily / weekly / monthly / annual business results. This individual will lead the forecasting and results measurement process, which tracks key performance indicators against internal budget and forecasted targets. This individual will have the ability to use data and performance measures, to understand key drivers and provide insight and recommendations to our Data Mining and Recoveries partners.
**Schedule** : Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct and manage Business Analysis & Reporting activity for Data Mining and Recoveries operations team, which includes analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning
+ Partner with and foster critical relationships with key partners in Operations, Finance and Partner Services
+ Lead and manage a team to deliver regular reporting, analysis, trends and meet savings validation targets
+ Develop, support, and present ad-hoc client and operational reports
+ Represent business operations owners/leaders as necessary to report on and explain results

**Required Qualifications:**

**'Manager IT Business Systems PTP'** **role description** : An Ideal person will be someone with extensive experience in Thomson Reuters one source and its various products not limited to One Source Tax Determination, Indirect Tax Compliance, Orbit Tax but also this ONESOURCE Tax IT Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Thomson Reuters' ONESOURCE tax solutions, with a strong focus on integration with SAP S/4HANA. This role requires deep expertise in direct tax configuration within SAP S/4HANA and a solid understanding of global statutory tax reporting requirements, including e-invoicing, e-ledger, and SAF-T reporting. The consultant will work closely with tax, finance, and IT teams to ensure compliance, streamline tax operations, and support digital tax transformation initiatives.
**Functional Skills:** Must have proven experience of implementation, configuration, customization and integration of Thomson Reuters One Source, SAP S4 HANA and Collaboration Modules in a global company.
+ Implement and configure ONESOURCE tax modules to meet business and compliance needs.
+ Integrate ONESOURCE with SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Direct Tax configuration and data flow.
+ Design and support statutory tax reporting solutions, including e-invoicing, e-ledger, and SAF-T across various jurisdictions.
+ Manage data integration and ensure accuracy between ERP systems and tax platforms.
+ Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user training for tax systems.

+ Act as key subject matter expert for core Tax modules of Thomson Reuters and SAP S4 HANA and any other tools which has strong knowledge of ancillary systems and integration points; understand systems/tools process and usage
+ Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with the business teams and key stakeholders
+ Identify improvement opportunities to achieve business desired business outcomes
+ Define 'To-Be' stage of processes, solution application requirement and performance measurements
+ Co-develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve 'To-Be' stage effectively

+ Lead change for large scale multi-site ERP Implementation (SAP S/4HANA, FI, MM) and other related transformational change efforts where we have Tax implications, including but not limited to efficiency and business process and systems capability development

+ Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
+ Ability to develop, implement and support complex business processes in an SAP environment; to design, build, test and deploy S/4HANA Finance business and other technical solutions
+ Partner with Global procure to pay leaders to understand the Tax requirements and priorities for the SAP PTP systems and tools
+ Working knowledge of OpenText VIM integration with Tax and S4 HANA
+ Knowledge of building integration with some of the country specific requirements in EMEA, Asia and Lat America via 3rd party integrators
+ Provide global training, including ongoing support and guidance, for areas of responsibility
**Qualifications:**
+ Master's or bachelor's degree in finance and Accounting with extensive IT experience in Thomson Reuters One Source and/or ERP Information Systems like SAP S4 HANA
+ Proven experience with One Source Tax Suite implementation and Support
+ Strong Knowledge of Statutory Tax reporting (e-Invoicing, e-ledger, SAF-T) across multiple jurisdictions.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data integration tools.
+ Experience of working for a multinational corporation
+ Experience in technology implementation and supporting stakeholders through change management
+ Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of technology/business processes through identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
+ Take responsibility for Gilead's core business systems, including administration, maintenance, and development.

**Role Overview**
As a Biotech Client Partner you will support on selected clients from the point of view their asset development and build relationships with C-level stakeholders. The focus will be on the crafting of solutions including (but not limited to) Regulatory and Drug Development strategy, Clinical development, consulting, analytic services, Real World Evidence and elements of Technology.
This role will operate across the client organization, particularly with senior global stakeholders to define and execute our priorities to move the client business forward, providing the conduit between the client and the rest of IQVIA.
This role forms one of the key client roles and should closely partner with the Account Directors from multiple departments including but not limited to Research and Development Solution (RDS), Real World Evidence (RWE), Commercial services, Patient Centric Services, Technology and laboratories to drive the account forward in accordance with both short-term priorities and long-term vision.
This role also requires a close interaction with the project execution team and oversight of the different department involved to consolidate the development of a close relation with the client, facilitating a smooth project delivery and repeat business.
**Responsibilities**
+ Drive overall business growth globally with a focus on increasing sales, revenue, and profitability into the assigned global account and assigned target assets.
+ Support the development of the Clinical, Regulatory and Drug Development Solutions, Real World & Medical Affairs account asset strategy with input from the broader account aligned team and orchestrate the operational execution including selection and planning around assets.
+ Align the account asset strategy with RDS, Regulatory, Drug Development & RWE to ensure a joined up 'Molecule to Market' engagement.
+ Build long term relationships with Executive leaders within the client to ensure long term revenue growth for RDS, Regulatory, Drug Development and RWE
+ Leverage your existing external network to gain referrals and facilitate establishment of a trust with your clients
+ Influence the client's strategy and position IQVIA through thought leadership and innovation aligned to client strategic asset priorities. Leverage senior IQVIA resources and subject matter experts as needed in building preferred supplier relationships.
+ Proactively engage client C-level leaders by anticipating client needs and leveraging the IQVIA cross departmental expertise to develop both short- and long-term cross functional solutions.
