Responsibilities: Take the lead on mechanical design for medium to large-scale building projects from concept through to completion Represent the company in client meetings and project coordination sessions at all stages of the design and delivery process Prepare mechanical design documentation, including specifications, technical reports, and schedules Deliver designs in line with RIBA/project stages and ensure compliance with Irish building regulations Maintain quality and project delivery standards, ensuring all work aligns with internal QA procedures and agreed timelines Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated, efficient building services solutions Provide mentoring and technical support to junior engineers and other team members Requirements: 5+ years experience in mechanical or building services design within a consultancy setting In-depth understanding of HVAC, water services, and sustainable system design Proven ability to deliver energy-efficient, low-carbon design solutions across a range of sectors Proficient in Hevacomp, IES, AutoCAD, and familiar with Revit Degree (Level 8) in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering Chartered or working towards Chartership (Engineers Ireland or equivalent) Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills Benefits: Salary: ,000 to ,000 DOE + annual performance bonus Hybrid working model and flexible working hours Access to AECOM University and international CPD programs Join a global network of technical specialists and engineering experts 2227 days annual leave (based on length of service) Health & wellness benefits, including annual health checks and EAP support Paid volunteer days and opportunities to contribute to sustainability and CSR initiatives Interested?
