Adherence to regulations and our goal of going above and beyondevaluating new clients' social and medical needsContinuous evaluations and assessments of every client.RequirementsAt least three years of postgraduate experience caring for older people (within the last six years) is required. Three years or more of management experience and NMBI registration At least a postgraduate degree in clinical management or gerontology is required for QQI Level 6 in Leadership/People Management.
