**Job Summary**
NetApp is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Incident Response Manager to lead our incident response efforts and enhance our security posture as we protect our data business. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies for effective risk management, incident response, and recovery for two key areas - cyber security incident response and product security incident response.
**Job Requirements**
+ Lead the incident response team to investigate and respond to cyber security incidents, ensuring prompt containment, eradication, and recovery.

**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) are preferred.
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 3 years focused on incident response management.
+ Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.) and incident response methodologies.
+ Demonstrated experience in managing and responding to security incidents in a complex IT environment.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships.
+ Proven ability to lead teams and projects, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives to completion.

**Job Description Summary**
The Grid Automation (GA) Cybersecurity SME - ERCIS has the mission to contribute to GA growth by assisting in the cybersecurity sales process (including demos and bid responses), as well as the execution and delivery of various cybersecurity offerings at the customer's locations on an as-needed basis.

? **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Own the cybersecurity expertise (subject matter expert) for Grid Automation within a given territory / region.
+ Assist the Sales Operations teams in responding to demo requests, RFPs, and other Bid/Tender requests.
+ Stay connected with the market dynamics, engage with GA customers to understand their cybersecurity needs / pain-points, and translate them into new cybersecurity sales opportunities.
+ Present the Grid Automation cybersecurity offerings to customers in a variety of locations - including trade shows and events.
+ Develop sophisticated cybersecurity designs for customer environments.
+ Understand competitors' offerings, industry trends, customers' behavior.
+ Be available to be "hands-on" at customer sites to assist in the design, configuration, and installation of a variety of cybersecurity offerings.
+ Promote the GA cybersecurity offerings with utility and industrial customers and the GA sales organization.
+ Drive productive interactions with GA region teams, other GA Product Managers, R&D and product development, Technical Application Engineering, and Commercial teams.
+ Develop, coach, and mentor the regional cybersecurity delivery teams (customer engineers) to strengthen their overall technical and business capabilities.
+ Develop and conduct training on a variety of cybersecurity topics for the Regions and GA staff as needed.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS** :

+ Présenter les offres de cybersécurité de GA aux clients présents dans différentes localisations et notamment lors de salons professionnels et d'événements.
+ Développer des conceptions en matière de cybersécurité sophistiquées pour les environnements des clients ;
+ Comprendre les offres des concurrents, les tendances du secteur et le comportement des clients ;
+ Etre disponible pour aller sur le terrain, sur les sites clients, afin de les aider à concevoir, à configurer et à installer diverses solutions de cybersécurité ;
+ Promouvoir les offres de cybersécurité de GA auprès des clients des secteurs des services publics et industriels et de l'organisation commerciale de GA ;
+ Favoriser des interactions productives avec les équipes de la région GA, les chefs de produit, les équipes R&D et développement de produits, l'ingénierie des applications techniques et les équipes comerciales ;
+ Développer, coacher et accompagner les équipes régionales de livraison (ingénieurs clients) afin de renforcer leurs capacités techniques et commerciales globales.
+ Élaborer et organiser des formations sur divers sujets liés à la cybersécurité pour les régions et le personnel de GA en fonction des besoins.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
+ Business Administration degree would be an asset ( _e.g.,_ MBA).
+ At least some years' real-world experience in OT cybersecurity versus IT cybersecurity.
+ At least some years' experience in the energy sector, especially in the industrial protection and control / automation, transmission, distribution, or service fields.
+ Hands-on knowledge of many types of cybersecurity products, solutions, and services and how to sell them for customer adoption.
+ Experience operating as a cybersecurity sales coach, trainer, and overlay (to up-level an uneducated sales organization to promote and sell a variety of cybersecurity offerings) - making a huge impact on growth.
+ At least some years' experience working with a variety of different types of Channel Partners.
+ Demonstrated experience with Linux, and Microsoft Windows operating systems including user account management, security / system hardening & device control, and patch management.
+ Familiarity with LDAP, RADIUS, TLS, SSH, SFTP, RSA, HTTPS, NERC-CIP, NIST, IEC62443, IEC62351 standards, cyber asset protection regulations and standards, and communication protocols like IEC61850, DNP, IEC60870-5-104 - affecting the utilities industry.
+ Experience with threat modeling techniques and tools.
+ Strong customer service mindset.
+ Experience with operating systems like Microsoft Windows, Linux, and VxWorks.
+ Good writing and oral communication skills.
+ Experience with Microsoft 365 applications ( _e.g.,_ Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.
+ Experience with Box, OneDrive, Smartsheet, Adobe, Tableau, and SFDC.
+ Willingness and the ability to participate in video meetings that occasionally happen early in the morning, or later in the evening.
+ Willingness and ability to travel within Europe - approximately 20% - 50%.
**QUALIFICATIONS/EXIGENCES :**

+ Expérience en tant que Coach commercial, formateur/trice et superviseur en cybersécurité (pour développer une organisation commerciale afin de promouvoir et de vendre une variété d'offres de cybersécurité), pour avoir un impact considérable sur la croissance.
+ A minima quelques années d'expérience de travail en collaboration avec différents types de partenaires de distribution.
