You will orchestrate the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution within our suite of Contract Intelligence & Analytics features. Your leadership will be critical in realizing our innovative vision to deliver best-in class-AI at scale, to transform how major companies optimize and streamline key business processes related to negotiating and handling their contracts.

Product Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the portfolio tailored to the business needs of a diverse set of enterprise customers
  • Establish strong and positive relationships with engineering, data science, product management, design and product marketing teams to implement the vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Partner with the Evisort data science team as they develop new artificial intelligence models, using domain knowledge to influence product decisions
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse set of people including domain experts, technology teams, and external collaborators to align on specific needs of customers.
Product Development:
  • Be responsible for the ideation, design, and implementation of new AI products and features, incorporating generative and predictive AI technologies to address the various challenges at major companies
  • Define product requirements based on industry trends, compliance standards, and customer feedback
  • Clear articulation of various monetization strategies to increase revenue, coupled with tactical execution within Evisort's Contract Intelligence portfolio to achieve these business goals
Team Leadership:
  • Nurture a positive, values based team culture that encourages iteration and innovation, and a deep understanding of both the legal and business domains to steer product decisions
Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed about advancements in generative and predictive AI, machine learning, and the broader legal tech landscape

About You

Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a primary focus on building and launching generative AI products, including proficiency with LLMs and other generative models
Other Qualifications
  • Deep domain expertise in generative AI, including a proven track record of assessing market opportunities and defining product strategies specifically for generative AI-powered solutions.
  • Experience defining and tracking key metrics for generative AI products, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business impact and value proposition.
  • Experience as a former startup founder with a proven track record of bringing "0 to 1" features to market is an asset.
  • Demonstrated domain knowledge in law, contract management, management consulting, or a degree in law is a bonus.
  • Knowledgeable about legal contracts and particularly clause types and key data points, or able to quickly get up to speed on clause types and different contract data points.
  • Ability to engage on technical decisions - technical background a plus
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning frameworks, and tools relevant to legal applications
  • Excellent at clear and logical communication of technical requirements
  • Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile startup environment

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • People manager of Scientists and Engineers who support device development for Injectables, Respiratory and Transdermal combination products

  • Build and expand team with responsibility for hiring new positions to support new technologies and programs within the Injectables, Respiratory and Transdermal portfolio.

  • Lead a team who support device development by generating the critical evidence that demonstrates to regulatory agencies that the combination product is safe, effective, reliable and fulfills regulatory requirements.

  • Responsible for technical interface between drug product and device teams during combination product development on elements such as primary container interface and compatibility, exhibit batch manufacture and stability studies

  • Lead and provide technical oversight to a team responsible for design verification, stability, biological evaluation, extractables, and transport & shipping studies.

  • Responsible for leading a technical team during regulatory and notified body inspections by representing the team in front of auditors and ensuring audit readiness.

  • Overall responsible for method development, approval of method validations and test protocols and reports.

  • Technical oversight of team responsible for the development of design requirements and combination product specifications based on characterization of comparator products, regulatory requirements, design intent and user requirements.

  • Provide technical support to manufacturing sites during filling and assembly process development. Responsible for designing experiments and manufacturing trials to identify process controls, reliability requirements, sampling plans and release specifications.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • The ideal candidate will be a qualified, highly experienced pharmaceutical professional with a proven track record of success, a positive attitude and who wants to progress in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experienced People Manager.

  • Masters/Degree in Engineering/Science with experience in R&D or Technical Support environment.

  • Previous experience of managing a technical team in an R&D environment.

  • Experienced in writing regulatory submissions.

  • Experienced in leading a technical team in support of FDA, HPRA or notified body inspections

  • A working knowledge of ISO 13485 & FDA 21 CFR Part 820 Design Control requirements would be an advantage.

  • It is essential that the candidate will be both highly innovative and well organized, having excellent planning and communication skills and able to operate across all site teams. In addition, the candidate must be able to work under pressure and have a proven track record of problem solving and effective time management.

  • Well-developed communication skills to lead or facilitate effective discussions. Able to communicate technical information to key stakeholders.

  • Some travel will be required as part of this role.

The ideal candidate will join the Mastercard Checkout Services Product Team and play a key role in expanding our Credentials Directory strategy across issuers, regions, and various other checkout experiences beyond Click to Pay.

Role

In this role, the candidate will:

- Identify features and capabilities to expand Credentials Directory strategy across Mastercard,
- reate product requirements and work with cross functional teams across Mastercard including engineering and architecture to deliver the product in the market
- In partnership with Marketing and GTM teams, develop compelling product narratives, value propositions and demonstration.
- Ensure commercialization readiness by working closely with Legal, Privacy and Compliance teams across different regions to define contractual and legal obligations that need to be met to launch the product.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the product, offering support to internal and external customers with communication and training on product new features and enhancements.
- Effectively maintain and manage Product backlog and prioritize them for commercialization.
- Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus
- Incorporate and understanding of the broader payments ecosystem into ongoing product management (e.g. regulatory, legal, technology, competitive, technology environment etc.)
