Role Overview
We're seeking a visionary Product Development Director to lead the creation of next-generation solutions within our New Product Development portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with deep product management expertise, a passion for building from zero-to-one, and bonus points for experience in adtech or digital media ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch innovative products from concept to market.
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for high-impact initiatives aligned with Mastercard's strategic goals.
- Partner with engineering, design, CX&D, and data teams to prototype, test, and iterate on new product ideas - overseeing the development of features in the product roadmap

- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record of launching new products and scaling them in dynamic environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity with clarity and confidence.
- Experience with adtech, martech, or data-driven media platforms is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence across a matrixed organization.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
People manager of Scientists and Engineers who support device development for Injectables, Respiratory and Transdermal combination products
Build and expand team with responsibility for hiring new positions to support new technologies and programs within the Injectables, Respiratory and Transdermal portfolio.
Lead a team who support device development by generating the critical evidence that demonstrates to regulatory agencies that the combination product is safe, effective, reliable and fulfills regulatory requirements.
Responsible for technical interface between drug product and device teams during combination product development on elements such as primary container interface and compatibility, exhibit batch manufacture and stability studies
Lead and provide technical oversight to a team responsible for design verification, stability, biological evaluation, extractables, and transport & shipping studies.
Responsible for leading a technical team during regulatory and notified body inspections by representing the team in front of auditors and ensuring audit readiness.
Overall responsible for method development, approval of method validations and test protocols and reports.

Overview
Mastercard Checkout Services focuses on making payments simpler, more efficient, and more secure. We are building highly scalable digital payment experiences through our products such as Click to Pay, Secure Card on File Tokenization and Token Authentication Service.
A key enabler of these products is the Credential Directory infrastructure and APIs within Mastercard Checkout Services. Issuers worldwide are leveraging this infrastructure to automatically enroll their cardholders in Click to Pay, enhancing the guest checkout experience and making Click to Pay a core benefit on all their issued cards.

Attend and present at UKG customer and industry events.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to promote product understanding and adoption.
Align to suite-wide strategy for Time and Pay to ensure cohesive experiences for customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably within HR, payroll, or workforce management solutions.
Previous experience leading product management team with a track record of developing and coaching employees.
Strong understanding of Time and Pay processes and technologies.
Previous experience in a domestic suite of Time and Pay products is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
