What You'll Do
Competitive Intelligence & Market Research
- Assist in monitoring competitor activities, product releases, and messaging across Nitro's key competitive set
- Contribute to updating battlecards and competitive positioning materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and white space opportunities
Messaging & Content Development
- Support the development of product messaging, value propositions, and positioning frameworks
- Help create customer-facing content including case studies, product sheets, and web copy
- Assist in developing sales enablement materials that articulate product value to enterprise buyers
Launch Support & Campaign Execution
- Gain exposure to go-to-market planning and execution for product releases and feature launches
- Coordinate cross-functional launch activities and track deliverables across teams
- Assist with launch communications, asset development, and adoption campaigns
Sales Enablement & Customer Insights
- Help create and maintain sales tools, pitch decks, and demo scripts
- Participate in customer interviews and win/loss analysis to gather insights
- Support customer lifecycle programs designed to drive feature adoption and expansion
Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Assist in tracking campaign and adoption metrics (e.g. conversion, engagement) and help summarize key insights for the team
- Support analysis of user and adoption data to inform marketing decisions
- Create executive summaries and dashboards to communicate progress and insights
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Previous internship or project experience in marketing, product management, or business strategy (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS concepts, digital marketing, or technology markets is a plus

Lead Engineer, Product Marketing—Energy Storage Systems
The Energy team's purpose is to engineer a decarbonized, cleaner, and a more sustainable electrified future. With the accelerated on-boarding of renewable power generation sources over the next 20 years, there is a simultaneous requirement to stabilize the energy grid with the rapid addition of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). In recognition of this fast-accelerating opportunity, the Energy team has a business focused specifically on delivering products and solutions to the BESS market. Strategic areas of focus include battery management systems (BMS), cell balancing, and battery insights platforms (h/w and battery algorithms).
To further build out the success of the BESS team, the Energy team is looking to fill several important positions with people who will be key to the success of the team.
The Role
The Energy team has identified the need for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Engineer, Product Marketing to work on the strategic commercial activities of the BESS group. Activities and responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the BESS segment strategy and influence the product and system solution definitions and roadmaps.
- Engage customers and ecosystem partners and build world-class customer relationships.
- Identify system and ecosystem pain points that lead to commercial challenges for our customers.
- Investigate, build, and convert new streams of revenue and business models.
- Drive revenue, gross margin, market share and other KPIs as determined.
- Work closely with sales to drive pipeline growth and convert opportunities to DWIN and maximize ADI content in customers' systems.
- Plan and execute GTM for the business.
- Additional responsibilities include BOM analysis, tracking market trends and dynamics, competitive analysis, pricing and business reporting/forecasting.
Requirements
Strong candidates will have the following attributes, experience, and qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years' industry experience in an engineering role, with 2+ years' experience in a strategic and/or product marketing role in the semiconductor or energy industry.
- Experience with articulating and presenting concepts to customers and uncovering their needs.
- Demonstrated team player with excellent communication.
- A confident speaker who respectfully speaks their mind and has the courage of their convictions to see things through.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet schedules.
- Self-motivated, thorough, and driven to continually improve.
- Demonstrates a self-starter mindset to drive the business.

Additional Requirements
It will be considered a distinct advantage for candidates to possess the following attributes, experience, and qualifications:
- Experience working in the Energy industry.
- Experience with Batteries and Energy Storage Systems in either a technical or commercial role.
- Experience with software and software business models.
- A master's degree in business.
