Administrator | Public Sector At Staffline Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity available for a Junior Administrator / Graduate to take up a permanent position with a prominent Public Sector body. This permanent position will be based in the organisation's office in Sligo office and will offer a hybrid working model of 2 days per week working from home. Key Responsibilities will include: Deliver high-quality administrative support, including managing incoming communications (phone and email), processing invoices, coordinating event coordination, and maintaining the office diary. Assist in the creation of high-quality marketing materials such as case studies, profiles, infographics, and other promotional content. Conduct relevant research and maintain an up-to-date database of regional information to support team activities. Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as required and generate weekly progress reports for the Management Team. Collaborate with the Regional Executive and Regional Manager to collect and analyse key metrics and performance data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Commit to continuous learning and development through formal and informal opportunities, including participation in the Performance Management and Development Review process. Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to take on additional tasks as required. A third-level qualification is desirable, with an interest in pursuing further education (e.g., a degree) considered an advantage. A full, clean driving licence is desirable. Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is advantageous.
