Tax Compliance Assist with group-wide tax reporting requirements, including corporate tax computations, VAT compliance, and transfer pricing documentation. Coordinate with external advisors and local teams on tax filings. Project Involvement Actively contribute to finance-related projects including process improvements and system implementations. Provide support with acquisition accounting for any future business combinations. Take ownership of ad hoc initiatives as they arise, providing financial insight and analysis to support decision-making. Your role will see you tackle a wide range of business challenges in a busy accounting department The ideal Candidate will have or demonstrate the following qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Skills, Experience & Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels across the group. Ability to work as part of a team and develop team members. Technically competent with the ability to interpret the implications of standards to practical situations. Strong internal control & system understanding with a problem-solving mentality. Self-motivated and proactive with a focus on detail and bringing structure and logic to problem solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Ability to manage issues and solutions in a proactive manner. Attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of information. Advanced Excel skills and general proficiency in IT systems.
