Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and inspire a dynamic area sales team, motivating and empowering them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments
  • Support & adopt a culture of lead generation across the hotels.
  • Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate.
  • Adoption of all available tools to support efficient ways of working including CRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools and Solver etc.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Sales Manager in a busy, fast paced environment.
  • Multi-site experience is a distinct advantage

**Job Description**
CAM Ireland Manager is responsible for the management of Elavon's base Customers within SME segment in assigned territory.
