**Job Description**
The role provides an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced candidate to join the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team as the Bank looks to expand its Balance Sheet optimisation programme.
The Senior Financial Risk Manager provides leadership, direction and support to the Head of Enterprise Risk in reviewing and challenging the financial risks that Enterprise Risk provides second line oversight of.
**Principal Accountabilities:**
+ Maintaining a strategic perspective on the market, socio-economic, political, regulatory and industry-specific events, and providing management with key emerging insights into their potential implications on the Bank's risk profile.
+ Establish successful collaborative relationships with key business units and with both FLOD and SLOD stakeholders.
+ Provide second line oversight of the Bank's liquidity and market risks (including IRRBB, FX, CSRBB) through the review and challenge of the Bank's local Treasury and Financial Risk Management teams, as well as the Bank's ICAAP, ILAAP, and Recovery Plan documents.
+ Enhance the Bank's Market and Liquidity Risk oversight as the Bank matures and expands its Balance Sheet optimisation programme.
+ Prepare quarterly assessment reports to the Bank's Executive Risk Committee on its liquidity and market risk profiles.
+ Produce periodic business model scenarios and sensitivity analysis to support the Bank's Emerging Risk process.
+ Undertaking an annual inter-concentration risk assessment across the Bank's risk profile.
+ Contribute to the enhancement of the financial risk management process through the development and calibration of Key Risk Indicators.
+ Perform independent review of the Bank's strategy and strategic risk profile to ensure sufficient second line challenge of the strategic direction.
? **Experience/Qualifications**
+ Significant Financial Risk, Capital Management or Treasury experience.
+ A strong track record of working with senior stakeholders.
+ At a minimum a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent within a technical discipline.
+ A Masters in Risk Management, or a Professional Designation in accounting (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or risk/finance (FRM, PRM or CFA) would be an advantage.
+ Minimum of five years of banking or payment industry experience.
+ Experience of stress testing, financial modeling or analytical risk reporting.

+ Strong visual, influencing analytical communication skills

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Job Description:**
Working with the TDGF AML Senior Manager/MLRO to ensure TD identifies and satisfies its anti-money laundering ('AML'), anti-terrorist financing ('ATF'), anti-bribery and corruption ('ABAC') regulatory and compliance obligations in Europe, with a specific mandate for TDS Ireland. Working seamlessly as part of a regional team, ensure consistent AML, ATF & ABAC standards across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region and provide expert/specialised advice to businesses and functions on the development and maintenance of all aspects of AML/ATF/ABAC/Sanctions compliance in line with the Bank's risk philosophy and strategic direction.
**Specific Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the preparation of Committee papers including for local Operating and Risk Committees;
+ Provide specialised AML, ATF, ABAC and Sanctions advice on business initiatives;
+ Act as a subject matter expert in Global and Ireland FCRM initiatives;
+ Act as developmental subject matter expert in Global and Ireland drafting, updating and issuing of FCRM policies and procedures;
+ Track and review of AML, ATF, ABAC and Sanctions regulatory change & assist with implementation, with a particular focus on legislation and regulatory guidance at a European level, inclusive of all items within the EU AML Package;
+ Complete the annual AML, Sanctions and ABAC risk assessments;
+ Escalate and manage to resolution significant AML issues and events;
+ Perform Gifts and Entertainment pre-approval & monitoring process;
+ Provision of AML, ATF, Sanctions and ABAC reporting to Head Office;
+ Approval of high-risk customers for the region; and
+ Perform Quality Assurance on automated transaction monitoring reviews undertaken by the Head Office.
**Risk Management** **Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for identifying and reporting Operational Risk Events in accordance with policy
+ Responsible, along with all colleagues, to contribute in a positive way to TDGF's reputation and the management of Reputational Risk. Every employee is expected and required to follow ethical practices at all times, including compliance with applicable policies, legislation and regulations and support positive interactions with TDGF's stakeholders including clients, industry bodies, industry participants, public bodies, regulators and vendors.

**Regulatory Requirements:** **_(CF role holders)_**
You must observe proper standards of market conduct. It is your responsibility to be fully aware of:

+ The TD Policies and regulatory requirements pertaining to the business/activities you are managing.

Are you an Information Technology (IT) Risk Manager ready for a step-up role with within Amazon's unique IT environment? We are looking for an experienced IT Risk Manager within the First Line of Defense (1LoD) to enhance our IT risk management and control environment. Reporting to the Senior IT Risk Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of a 1st Line IT Risk program across Amazon global regulated entities. The ideal candidate must have IT risk management experience, preferably, within the payments or financial services sector.
Key job responsibilities
- Support the Global Technology Officer (GTO) to attest compliance with the Global IT Risk Management Framework and legal entity regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement IT risk controls, mitigation strategies, and remediation plans.
- Establish IT risk management policies and procedures, ensure their implementation.
- Define key risk indicators (KRIs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs for IT risk management.
- Test critical applications to ensure resilience and recovery objectives set by the regulated entities are met.
- Perform risk based deep dives to identify and understand IT risk drivers and to validate root causes of IT related loss events.
- Contribute to risk assessment of third-party IT service providers.
- Support in conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify and classify critical IT services and systems.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, related technical field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience in enterprise risk management (ERM), regulatory compliance, and strategic risk oversight.
- Experience in IT compliance, IT audit or IT risk management.
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in technology risk, technology audit, within a financial institution, licensed money transmitter, or payments related e-commerce function.
- A good understanding of IT risk and control frameworks: COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL or equivalent.
- Understanding of SDLC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent IT auditing and risk certification.
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent IT Risk, Governance, Security Strategy certification.
- Digital transformations experience to drive process improvements.
- A good understanding of regulatory landscape (CSSF, DORA, EBA, NIS2, SOC 2)
- Experience with cloud platforms risk management, cloud security, and compliance, including IAM, cloud incident response, and resilience testing.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
