Key Responsibilities: RFP and Proposal Writing: Develop and write of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales-related documents. Ensure all proposals are tailored to meet client needs and highlight the unique value propositions of J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions. RFP Library and Technology Management: Maintain and update the RFP library, ensuring all documents are organized, accessible, and current. Leverage our proprietary AI-driven technology to enhance the RFP process, including the use of proposal management software and tools to track and manage submissions. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop presentations and pitches that effectively communicate our solutions and services. Provide strategic input and support to enhance the impact of sales presentations. Content Development: Create and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, including templates, case studies, and product information. Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with our brand messaging. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the RFP and proposal development process to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and tools to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, and client services, to gather information and insights needed for proposal development. Ensure alignment and consistency across all sales materials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in RFP and proposal writing, preferably within the financial services or technology industry. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with proposal management software. The Head of B2B Sales Technology & Innovation is responsible for shaping and delivering the technology vision that powers the B2B sales Practice and its execution. This leader defines strategic priorities and the technology roadmap, oversees internal product development and external tech partnerships. He/she works in collaboration with operational teams to educate and guide technological options and support deployment. The role requires close collaboration with operations, innovation, sales & AM, marketing, IT and GPO, as well as external vendors to ensure technology investments align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.

1. Priorities and Roadmap Definition
+ Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for B2B sales, aligning with broader business objectives and sales strategies

Our SAP practice is experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are interested in hearing from experienced SAP professionals who would like to take their careers to the next level.

We operate local and remote teams across multiple locations, we design and build global solutions with variations to meet local requirements, and we deploy these in ways that maximize value for our clients.

You will become key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more of our multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA. Your secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.

Key Responsibilities

Learning and solutioning using design accelerators such as SAP's Enterprise Management Layer (EML) or EY's Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use on client engagements

Designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements

Producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.

Accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Order to Cash workstream, order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and customer order related reporting

Executing Integration testing and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testing

Supporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases - Prepare, Explore, Realise-Build, Realise-Test, and Deploy

Sharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team

Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events

Skills and attributes for success

Strong technical skills and keen ambition to develop further

Good Project Management skills, ability to plan and prioritize work, and to meet deadlines.

To qualify for the role you must have

A minimum of 7 years' experience in SAP Sales Distribution implementations, with a minimum of 2 years' specifically in a consulting capacity for internal or external clients

Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios

Proven experience in SAP application design, and configuration of technology solutions to support SD business processes

Strong functional configuration and experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA SD best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios

Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach

Ideally, you'll also have

A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position

Relevant SAP certifications in Sales & Distribution or related modules

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven experience in leading team planning for all project phases
