PURPOSE Reporting to the Managing Partner and working as part of a collaborative, high performance consulting team, the purpose of this important position is to identify, assess and recruit elite senior leadership talent across a broad spectrum of client companies. The Principal will also play a key role in the continued development of the firm through targeted business development and participating in business growth initiatives. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Lead executive search assignments end-to-end, managing the full lifecycle of critical leadership appointments. Build strong client partnerships, aligning talent strategies with organisational goals. Source senior and specialist talent through market mapping, headhunting, and research-driven methods. Evaluate candidates with rigor using interviews, assessments, and references to ensure alignment of skills, values, and culture. Provide a discreet, high-quality candidate experience throughout career-defining transitions. Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets while contributing to business growth. Represent the firm at industry events and drive strategic business development opportunities. Maintain accurate reporting, compliance, and governance standards. Additional Responsibilities Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt priorities to meet evolving client needs. Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates at every stage of the process. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture. Build sector expertise to strengthen insights and advisory impact. PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience: Proven track record of success in executive search or senior-level recruitment. Demonstrated ability to secure and deliver high-level assignments from initiation through completion. **Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
+ 5 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience with one or more of the following languages: SQL, R, Python, or C++.
+ Experience driving data labeling quality improvements, and working on product policy analysis and identifying policy risk.
+ Experience working on product policy analysis and identifying policy risks and experience with SEO, website development, or as a website owner/manager.
+ Experience designing sampling approaches and using statistical analysis for making product recommendations.
+ Experience in tuning and applying Large Language Models for data labeling.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
As an Engineering Analyst in the Trust and Safety Search Intelligence team, you will work to discover, measure and mitigate user trust risks in Search through automated and scalable solutions, including working on Search results and various Search features, with a focus on spam and harmful content. You will build relationships and work closely with Search engineers to protect Google Search users. You will apply your investigative and technical skills to identify and prevent manipulative behavior, contribute to the development and enforcement of spam guidelines, and partner with engineering teams to enhance search ranking algorithms. Our aim is to resolve problems at scale by working with engineers on automated product protections, prompt-based Large Language Model solutions, or through vendor support.
In this role, you will be exposed to graphic, controversial or upsetting content.

+ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Policy, and Legal, to develop and implement solutions that enhance search quality and user trust. Translate complex technical analyses into clear, concise, and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
